Our unwillingness to accept an additional $250 charge for a second installation crew has resulted in our order being cancelled after waiting a month. Overall, this process was a horrible experience. The only positive was the employee that came out to measure was very polite, thorough, and professional. We will be going elsewhere for countertops.

Toney was fantastic in verifying there was product in stock in the store for us over the phone, holding it for us on the short trip there and having it ready and waiting when we came down the plumbing aisle. After some wonderful conversation, he escorted us to check-out where we met cashier Barbara D, who was a joy and then Toney rolled our upright freezer out to our car and Angel helped him load it in. Great shopping experience, knowledgeable associates, good prices. That's why we will come back to our neighborhood Home Depot!

All the associates were very friendly and ready to help, especially Annette. The store was neat and clean.

Carlos at the commercial desk is incompetent, rude, not someone to represent Home Depot.

Fred in appliances is a great man and loves his customers! How many people give their customers homemade cookies? Not many if any! You have a special man working for you. God bless Fred! Give him a raise!

What separates this store from others is the excellent customer service that you will receive on a consistent basis. I have shopped at this store since it opened and the reason is because when I go in there there's always someone to help me with what I need.

Find a different location, customer service is always lacking.

Store has always been a great store, but the current cashiers do not seem to be knowledgeable enough to work there. Didn't know that a BRAND NEW propane tank (never had propane in it) could be in stock in your store by the grills. He even argued with me that it was a FIRE HAZARD to have it in the store.

There are employees around to ask for help when you need it, and there is a good selection of products to choose from at competitive prices.

The store allowed some customers to walk around with their mask only covering their mouth and not their nose. That doesn't do anyone any good. The store had everything I needed, and even allows you to cut to length some of the wood products.

With assistance, I was able to find what I needed. The store was clean as it always is and the employees were helpful. Your employees are very well trained and show a genuine interest in my satisfaction.

Sheila is the rudest and most unprofessional person I have ever met. She likes to cut in on conversations and doesn’t let the cashiers to do their jobs. The look on the cashiers faces as if to say leave me alone!!!! Seriously mind your own business!!!

I am working on several home improvement projects and I have been to 3-4 different Home Depot stores. This store is by far my favorite. The store is well stocked and the employees are very helpful and friendly. I am somewhat intimidated by home improvement stores, but the employees go out of their way to answer my questions and to help me find what I need.

Always great service at the Aurora location, but today I was at the Naperville store and they are just as knowledgeable as the Aurora location.

Inventory control should be everyone's job. Unfortunately customers don't feel the responsibility. When I find items in a bin that don't belong to that bin that means someone else may not be able to find the item they need. I don't have the time to fix someone else's mistake, so I simply leave the item outside a bin and hope an employee will find it's home. While building a deck I had several situations where I could not find an inventory item and the employee helping me tried his hardest to find it. Sometimes it was found sometimes not then I had to travel to another store if I needed it immediately. I know how important inventory is, one of my previous lives was a CPA. I am a neighbor, I live a few blocks away. Take care of my store, my inventory, and yes my stock price.
