The store employees are very friendly and helpful, but don’t trust their website for something to be in stock when the web site states they have many. Also they do not carry some types of halogen light bulbs which even surprised the employees. Specifically don’t go there for 120VAC halogen bulbs with straight pins.

They always have what I looking for. They also have some of the nicest & helpful employees. From the person greeting you at the door to the cashiers. Also I love the location of this store. My bank & grocery store are all near by.

They have the best garden center. I love going there just to see the flowers & plants. Where at the end of June and the plants and flowers are beautiful.

Home Depot stores have the best flowers & plants for gardening than anyone else. And the prices are very reasonable.

I'm a 60 year old woman and like to do things around the house. Recently, I wanted to surprise my husband and not only cut the grass, but do the trimming. I was able to get the trimmer started, but didn't know how to get the twine cover off to check if I needed more. Not a problem, took it to Home Depot and they showed me how to open it and gave me what I needed. In and out in record time. This store is the BEST because of the store associates. They don't run away to avoid helping anyone. They are all friendly and helpful!! This store is very clean.

I love this location and have been coming here over 10 years. Simply put, great customer service, always in stock and always quick checkout. What more does one need. In these times when most purchases are online and as a result a lot of stores closing, it's refreshing to know that I will Always receive 100% quality service at this location.

The associate who cut my lumber was simply the best - David is his name - most courteous and detailed associate I have every encountered at a Home Depot. I have been using the cutting services (Panel and Chop) for over 10 years - he is the first person to ever measure twice before he cut and after - very impressed. He was incredibly polite and I will be back to that store if I need further assistance.

I was at this store yesterday morning and was very pleased. I was asked by every employee I encountered if I needed assistance and I have been in stores where it’s hard to find anyone on the floor to assist you. They were all very friendly and a store employee Mike not only assisted me with finding outdoor lights, he also walked me to every area to help me find exactly what I needed. What great customer service thank you

This West Aurora store definitely beats all their competitors with GREAT associates that are friendly and very helpful! Store is well organized and clean! I always get quick and accurate assistance if I need help in finding a product. Love this store!

I LOVE that this Home Depot allows dogs in the store. One of my dogs recently had knee surgery and requires frequent walks for rehab. It is too cold and/or icy outside. By Home Dept allowing dogs. I am able to keep up with my dog’s recovery. Everyone who works there seems genuinely happy to see my dog and want to talk to and pet him. Some employees already greet my dog by name due to seeing us a lot now! We do feel welcome there! Thank you Home Depot!

I have been to MANY Home Depot stores throughout the state and West Aurora is by far the Best one and I say this because of their staff. We mainly use the ProDesk, however, I have needed help from other departments and everyone is so helpful and when asked, they have an answer, not an excuse as to why they can not help me. Greg, Max, Lisa and the rest of the ProDesk employees make shopping there so easy!!!! Highly recommend shopping there! Thanks!!

I purchased a snow blower at this Home Depot before the winters first pending snow event. The guys working with the equipment on 11/24 were incredibly helpful and friendly. As one might imagine this department was extremely busy given the blizzard warning which had been issued for the area. The positive attitude and helpfulness was refreshing. I didn't have to look for someone to assist me. Management had 2 individuals working together to ensure the customers were helped in a timely fashion. They retrieved my item from a top shelf. I was happy to see the safety procedures in place for the protection of both employees and customers. One employee took the sku to customers service where I paid, drove my truck to the side of the building, the other employee on the fork lift verified my receipt, loaded the machine into my truck wished me well and I was on my way home. Very smooth. Awesome job!

The store is always clean and neat. Employees eager to help. Sometimes, however, if there early in the am it seems to take a bit of time to find someone to help. Pricing a little high. I wish I could have counter tops done... but a bit pricy.

Always happy with Home Depot employees and products. The store layout and ease of checking,out as well as larger parking spaces for trucks, makes shopping at this store a pleasure. Very happy with the selection of plants and flowers in their Garden section!
