As Home Depot stores go, this one is not doing much to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 virus, and it is generally not well-stocked with high quality products, so I would recommend shopping elsewhere if these are of any concern. Very few employees wear masks, there are never any wipes to sanitize carts, nor is there anyone attempting to sanitize carts. I have been shopping here for a few years now and am going to spend my dollars elsewhere.

Think twice before coming here. Inventory online is often wrong. Online pickup is often short in what was ordered yet can go to the shelf myself and find. Management doesn’t keep property clean, particularly along perimeter along freeway. Management also don’t see big picture. They have been conceited in their brand because a complaint was made about tool rental. When challenged that there is a Menards and a Lowe’s nearby, their response was “they don’t have tool rental” I’ll be taking 100% of my business to Lowe’s and Menards. Tool rental? I have Sunbelt also very close.

Watch your receipts! I've been overcharged the 4 or 5 times I was at the store. Shelf price doesn't match what they'll charge you at register. tired of now going over to credit desk to fix problem. another 10 or 15 minutes of your time!

Joann at customer service went way beyond the extra mile to correct a problem, and put the customer first. She is a customer service star!

If you're going to change the price of items in your checkout system or cash register, then the price on the shelf or door she reflect such. When you point it out to the cashier, she shouldn't be upset to research the issue.

During a very stressful time for all, this team went above and beyond to help our family with our own crisis of a failed hot water tank. The manager, Stevie made additional accommodations to rectify a very frustrating experience with the warranty replacement while Joanne in customer service stayed after the store was closed to take my initial call after Bill in the Plumbing Dept. assisted with his product knowledge. Thank you West Broad St. for stepping up to work on the front lines during this pandemic! We appreciate each of you and your exceptional service!

The cashier at the self check out insinuated that I had not scanned some items in my cart, which were too big to bag, implying that I was about to leave without paying for them. When I showed her where I had scanned them, she made no apology for suggesting that I was a thief and the only thing she could say was to ask me if I wanted to open a Home Depot credit card. In all fairness, I've been going to this store for years and it has always been a great experience. I needed to run by for something I forgot and didn't because of this cashier. I spoke to a manager and he made apologies and though I appreciate it, I may find another place to shop if I have to encounter her.

Of all the Home Depot stores in the Columbus, Ohio area (and I have visited most of them....), the West Broad Street store is the most convenient to access from the expressway (I-270 at US-40) and has the most consistently friendly and helpful staff, especially those at the online order pick-up counter. A SPECIAL SHOUT-OUT TO JOANN!!!!

I frequent the West Broad store a lot. Home Depot has the best lumber selection and quality in the area, at this time. The cashiers are always very nice and friendly. They recognize me when I walk in and always have something pleasant to say. I do not like that the manager allows so many "contractor" vehicles to park in the Fire Lane. Contractors on the West side must be pretty lazy, as they all want to park near the door and block fire lanes. The Fire Lane area around the Contractor parking areas needs to be better marked and enforced.

Sherman and Michela did a great job taking care of me today. It was a big job and not one sour word fell from their lips. You don’t find that much any more. Please hire more people like this!! And promote these two!!! They lead by example. Kudos.

Home Depot is convenient to my home and almost always has the product that I need. If it is a specialty item they don't carry, they try to point me to a supplier. The associates are always friendly and helpful. If anything, I would like more associates for a little quicker assistance on occasion.

I have never been so disappointed in purchasing appliances from any store as much as this specific store. Horrible service from the customer service return desk. And just all around poor service.

Great customer service

My cashier Cynthia helped was GREAT!! She was very friendly and was able to call for loading help for us. We purchased a very heavy sink and the loading help was perfect.
