"I visited this store intending to purchase plant soil but was pleasantly surprised to find a selection of exotic plants on sale. While I initially planned to buy just one, I was tempted to get two after seeing the beautiful variety available. During my visit, I came across some Calathea plants that were incorrectly priced at a lower amount than expected. Despite this, the associates went above and beyond to assist me. Every team member I encountered was not only helpful but also incredibly pleasant, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience. Their exceptional customer service truly made a difference, and I will definitely be returning!"

I was shopping for a new refrigerator, just to see what my options were. Was greeted by Derrell Gann, he was wonderful. Knowledgeable and most important very patient. Will definitely come back to purchase from him!

I called in for an order, and a young lady answered and was very helpful. As well as the gentleman that processed my order. Both were very professional and helpful in helping me resolve a previous experience I had in the store.

We had ordered a 30” GE vent hood insert for our kitchen remodel. It was set aside for our contractor to install. It was brought to our attention that it was the wrong size. Manager Mike D helped us return and order the proper insert with no issues!

I am 85 years old and walk with a cane. The people care and go out of their way to help. I do not have to ask they just do. Thank me for coming in. Always ask if I need something else.

Was able to get in and out super fast and pick up some hex nuts, bolt and washer without any problem. The young lady who helped me was very helpful. This was my first time here and looking forward to making this my Home Depot. Store is clean and organized and packed with everything you need.

I purchased some RYOBI equipment for my son. This is his first home where he has a lawn to care for. Travis knows RYOBI forwards and backwards. I am hopeful that other employees are as knowledgeable as him. When you can save both time and money on a Saturday trip to Home Depot, you have found a winner. Norm

I was in the store very early this morning and was warmly greeted by Julian and the paint department. He was so extremely helpful in assisting me in finding the perfect color for a couple of rooms that I am re-decorating. I had actually brought in a couple of clothing items trying to match the paint swatches on the wall. Julian said that he could color match it and gave some suggestions and was just so patient and extremely helpful. He has an amazing personality and very warm and welcoming. I will definitely continue to come back to this location to get his assistance.

Home Depot recently changed my local Home Depot store to entirely self-checkout. I will never go back and stop at another Home Depot again as long as they are running these self-checkout lanes only. I will shop elsewhere.

The title says it all -- I observed literal clumps of staff roaming the store (3 to 4 individuals) who did not respond to requests for help (1 group), who did not acknowledge customers in the store (2nd group). I thought that was odd for home depot. Then I got to the checkout and only a single person working?? Do better, please. It's the weekend; y'all want us to shop here as opposed to your competitor, don't you?

If you need info or advise we’re product is located. Associate would have to check on phone. Associates have no knowledge on products

Please stop cluttering the aisles with all the promotional often seasonal stuff. Myself and many others complain of the congested aisles

The Dallas Highway location in Marietta delivers quality customer service. Makers and clerks alike will always ask if you need any assistance. This location has a rental equipment desk and they are always helpful.

Tonya in returns is wonderful. She took the time to go thru numerous transactions on my credit card as I no longer had receipts. Both she and her manager on duty provided excellent customer service.

Close to our home, we have 3 more stores, but we prefer to drive like 5 miles to look at what's new, excuses to buy many items. We don't have anything negative to say about the 3 other stores. But we are more comfortable to shop in the store 0153

I went for 3/4 dowels. The bin said they were four feet long. They were actually three so didn't work for my project. Now have to get more dowels. It won't be at a Home Depot. In addition, there were so many floor displays in the aisles that it made it difficult to navigate ther cart. And now there are no regular checkout lines.. It's all self-checkout which never goes well. Overall, a most unsatisfactory shopping experience.
