We bought 3 new appliances and were helped by Seyoum. He was so patient and explained in detail every question we asked. I never really trust sales associates but both my husband and I trusted this man. In the future we would go back to this location because of the excellent service Seyoum gave us! It was nice to deal with a professional who knew in detail about what we purchased.

The store was very clean and organized. Sales Assc. were readily available to assist me. This was a good experience for me.

We've been going to this HD for over 15 years. The store is almost always busy, but I never have trouble finding someone to help me out.

I have purchase a large amount of home and gardening supplies from this HD store over many years. This week I was treated with un-called for rudeness and disrespect by the checkout clerk and the supervisor of the HD clerks on 6/08/2015. I will never shop this store again!

It was hard to find help, walking up and down asiles until I could find some h elp. Other then that experience was good

My husband and I shop regularly at this location. It is always well stocked and we never have problems finding what we need. My husband is a retired Electrician/HVAC. This store is his first choice for all our projects in addition to the projects he helps our friends complete. The Associates are very knowledgeable and helpful

The lighting associate was extremely helpful and knew her stuff. Her recommendations saved me a lot of money. The cashier was awesome. I had 2 carts so she pushed one to my truck and helped unload both carts. She was very friendly and listened carefully during our conversation, something so lacking in most young people these days.

I went in the store confused about light bulbs and the associate really helped me decide what would be appropriate for my home.

Friendly staff making shopping easy. Home Depot has more to offer than Lowes.

I had to wait for a cashier to check out several people before she was available to talk with me and answer my question but she was very knowlegable as to where the products I was looking for were located. She was very pleasant.

Needed another gallon of colored stain and was happy you had it in stock

James from hardware help me figure out an alternative to a repair that was quicker and a lot cheaper.

I have shopped in various departments within the store and found the associates to be genuinely helpful. They were knowledgeable in their areas and helped me get the right products to do my projects. They have also helped me load my truck when needed. I also have had god experiences at the service desk. I had an online order that came in damaged and they reordered it for me and then inspected it when it came in to make sure it was in good condition. The only complaint I have about the store is they use the back corner to stage products needing to be put on shelves. This interferes with access to some products. I think they could do a better job in this area. Overall I am satisfied with the way this store is being operated. Most of my shopping trips have been a pleasure.

Consistent problem is gardening cashiers fail to contact an employee to meet customers at the trailers where the wheat straw and pine straw are kept. Every time I have ever bought wheat straw no one is out there and I have to call the store for them to send someone. In talking to the young man who showed up the problem seems to be the cashiers in gardening FAIL to call for help at the trailers when the customer checks out. Did not experience this problem getting my fertilizer in the drive-through.

The staff recognize and remember their customers. Always someone is at the door greeting you and there are plenty of staff ready to help. I usually do not wait long to be helped or checked out. So excited this is near my new house!!! Will be visiting often!!!!

I called one evening to locate a rocking chair to go with 3 that I had bought that day. The computer showed a very helpful Ernest Crayton that 7 were in stock. I was on the phone with him for 50 minutes while he diligently searched for the chair. He took my phone number and called me back at 8:30 last night. He had located it high on a shelf in a box, unassembled. He was genuinely happy to help me and went above and beyond to make me pleased. He is very pleasant and a hard worker. Thank you Ernest.

Garden Center was the most beautiful I have seen at Home Depot. Flowers and plants were fresh and healthy. It is located outside under trees and shady - it was a joy to shop at. Talked with one of the vendors - when I complemented it he asked specifically what I liked about it and was very interested in my comments.

Home Depot really stepped it up this spring! I usually shop Lowe's garden center. I was blown away by Home Depot's spring time garden center and made it the stop for my birthday shopping purchase.

It was easy to get everything I needed. I'll be back.

Brandon Miller was so helpful , he described the different riding lawn mowers and answered all questions, and helped us load it. Tracy at the desk was also very helpful. Both were very knowledgable and friendly. In a world where customer service seems to be minimal , this was great service.

This is my go-to store. It is close to my home and I have done so much shopping there since purchasing my fixer-uper last June, I know where everything is. Knowing the merchadise and organization helps me get in and out much faster. Sometimes I end up making two or three trips in a day when in the middle of a project a tool quits or I open a wall and find a nightmare and have to get more supplies. So being able to get in and out is a big deal. I never seem to have to wait in line either - another plus. Associates are very nice and they recognize me.

Ridiculous to have so few cashiers on a busy, busy Sunday afternoon. Two in Garden and two inside does not get it. This is unacceptable. Lines were backed up in the asiles and very very slow in check out process.
