Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Answered all questions and made us very comfortable with some big item purchases.

All employees are friendly and helpful, and some are exceptionally knowledgeable.

Staff always friendly and helpful.

Love the convenience of having a wide assortment of garden supplies in one location. We also had a bathroom renovation and were able to view and pick up almost all of the supplies in one location.

This Home Depot gets stock in very quickly and the cashiers are extremely friendly. I liked that they have a variety of items and different price points. Sometimes I do need the best, but sometimes I just need to make do. I can usually find it there. If you ever have questions, ask for Sam. He knows everything!

You all are blessed with such a huge Home Depot here in West Cobb. There’s a whole lot more selection than our Home Depot with limited space in East Cobb.

I made another trip to our local Home Depot in West Cobb and as usual the items I needed were easy to find, in stock, and self check out was a breeze. I am glad this store is so close.

Great community store, generally well stocked, friendly staff.

This is our go to store whenever we have a home improvement project. We are just finishing up an $8000 project, creating 3 rooms in our basement and this store has provided for all our needs. We always get excellent advise and help from employees and sometimes from your patrons.

Products was easily located. Yes I was helped by and assistant. The store was clean. Yes all associates were friendly and helpful..

The store is clean, most times products are easy to locate and there is most of the time someone you can find to get help. I would like to see people at the pro desk not stand and look at you when the check out line is long and they are just standing around I will not say there names

The store has a wide variety of equipment and useful articles in stock and ready to use. The employees are ready and friendly to assist.

I AM ALWAYS ABLE TO FIND WHAT I NEED & THE ASSOCIATES ARE VERY HELPFUL. THE STORE HAS ALWAYS BEEN CLEAN.

Manager Keith, and service desk rep Heather wer very professional, and courteous. Heather seen me in another department not her own, and ask me if I needed help. Has spoke to me on every occasion that I entered the store. This store is far better than the other ones near my house.

The store is convenient and the employees are attentive, helpful and professional. The store was also neat and clean. I was able to locate items without any trouble.

GREAT STORE

One thing is for sure, every time I've gone into the store 9 out of 10 times if I'm looking for a product and can't find it one of the assistants notices that and ask if they may help find what I'm looking for. And I've seen them do that same thing for others as well.

Overall the employees of this Home Depot seem to be very willing to assist the customer anyway they can, especially those that work at the pro desk who I deal with on a daily basis. In the pro desk check out Kathy Lee is fantastic. Also I would like to recognize Brian in Pro Desk Sales. The other day I need a special order on some insulation. But two of Home depot suppliers were out of stock and did not know when they would have any in stock. Brian kept searching around for possibly another supplier, and later he called me that afternoon and was able to find it and get it ordered so I could have it next week. It’s people like Brian and Kathy Lee that Keeps me using Home Depot for most of my building materials. Thanks again Brian and Kathy Lee.

When purchasing pine straw bales they are so loosely packed they are almost falling apart. Hardly worth the price.

- The lay out of the store has been streamlined with very clear distinction of where products can be found - The staff is very professional staff who can provide you with the appropriate advice

The Customer Service people here are awesome! "Brittany Rocks" The staff seems young but are friendly, knowledgeable and will help you, walk you to an item smiling the whole time. I talked to Adam On the phone & he said "I'll take you to the items & walk you through them". I'm thinking, I heard that before but he did just what he said. That's something you just don't see in young people these days. Thanks!

I am impressed with the customer service when you enter this store.

The staff is very nice and helpful. Now if they can just enforce the no pets policy. I mean seriously I'm sure the dog is not working on any home improvement projects.

This store is always clean. As a general rule, the staff, if they can not answer your question, often passes you along to another staff member.

Great store, great managers and the store employees are outstanding. Always get greeted by almost everyone I see. I am always satisfied with product and services, if I ever have a problem it is always resolved to my satisfaction!
