We visited Home Depot on November 28, 2021 to purchase a grill. While most of the retailers were either limited in inventory or were simply not offering grills at this time, Home Depot had a great selection and were very accommodating. The employees were courteous and knowledgeable. They were attentive to our needs. They did not try to upsell us to more expensive models, which we truly appreciate, and they knew how to answer all questions about the features on this grill. When we brought the grill home, which was a gift, it was missing two pieces. We called customer service the very next morning just before 9 AM. The customer service professional, Melissa was very accommodating, courteous and super friendly. She took care of our needs right over the phone and made sure we were satisfied before hanging up. I will definitely recommend this Home Depot to anyone who needs the products and services that Home Depot provides. A special thanks to Melissa from customer service, and to Ellys who was our cashier at check out. We are beyond impressed with your level of service and professionalism.

I love the Home Depot. All the locations are great and this one is no different. Helpful people who will load your car. One person volunteered to just install my garage clicker’s new battery for me, even though I didn’t ask him to do so. Helpful people and a very helpful store - as always. Love this place ❤️

We purchase items at this location because location is very close to our seasonal home. We like Home Depot due to the fact several people are knowledgeable for our questions or directions to locate an item. This time purchase was a door.

Unlike many Home Depot’s, this one appeared to have ample amount of workers in the store. For the first time in months, I was able to find more than one person in the aisles. And the checkout was well staffed

Brought back a full defective HD propane tank. HD store was out of propane Store employee told me to take home. Would not issue credit or help.Told me I should take this to another store but didn’t say where or confirm other store would have propane refill tanks.

AJ was so helpful and totally explained everything. With the purchase of our refrigerator.

The employees in the store were extremely helpful and helping me find my materials however, the checkout process at self check out was extremely disorganized only one person for eight registers, they even suggested and told me that they were short people very confusing

I talked to an employee to find out the location of the item I was looking for. He took me there and left . Well, that was not the kind of tape I needed. I found another employee his name is David and he was very helpful and nice. Took me to the area and explained the Gorilla black tape was the choice to what I needed. Thank you very David!!

Home Depot has everything that you need as a ho we ower. It's very convenient to find things with plenty of signs so you know where to go for which kind of product you want and very nice men who work there to help you when you don't know what to buy and you're trying to make a decision.

Plumbing parts air fresher

I needed to order something that I could not do myself at home on my computer, so Customer Service was very helpful and making that happen

I went for few items and received great help from John, Associate in Electricals. I had to return 2 items which were duplicates at home and it was gladly processed at Customer Service Desk. Well done. I will return to this and recommend it - great customer satisfaction.
