ELISABETH, MICHELINE and BERLY at the service desk were outstanding. We had a problem trying to pick up 2 toilets that we were emailed saying that they had been delivered to the store but when we got there they had not been. The 3 ladies tracked down what we wanted at another HD store and we went there and picked them up. In the meantime we were holding up our remodeling crew and my wife was getting a bit “hot” but we all kept it together and even had a few good laughs! Three great Employee’s.

service at carpeting dept was service. i was able to get exactly what i wanted.

New to the area and was very impressed how this Home Depot had a great and abundant staff. There could be a little more of variety on do it yourself budget products.

it seems like everything that I need to buy is 99% in the store, and at a great price. Already have friends shopping here.

I had a problem with a Return, and it was resolved the right way.

The associates and cashiers aren't trained to offer help or to say "Hello" or "Thank You". As I veteran, I was really disappointed with the service at the store.

Convenient Location, Very Knowledgeable and Helpful Employees

I had a very positive experience at the Delray Beach Home Depot. I was ready to do a kitchen and bathroom renovation and received excellent professional help from the representative, Reina. She was very knowledgeable and patiently answered all my questions. Home Depot has an amazing selection of products in a variety of levels!

I went to get flowers for my garden. All my questions were answer with a smile and I had a lot of questions. They notice I have problem walking they help me to my car. Thank You!

A great variety of home improvement products. The store buyers think of everything to offer the customers in the store. And the price is right.

This used to be a great store. Very hard to get help. When I asked the lady sitting at the desk in Flooring, she told me she was a cashier. Interesting concept. I went there 11 times trying to buy flooring. Absolute waste of time.

The store was very organized your cashier tanizha is a very good help and guided me the whole way through she has such a beautiful smile also your cashier rebbecca two sweet friendly girls they made my experience so wonderful and I will love to come back soon .

Have more employees in the store because it is hard to locate what aisle certain products are in the store.

The manager, Stephen, helped me get all 4 chairs in my car so I didn't have to make extra trips. He was so quick to help, pleasant & professional. I also was served by Tayla at the register when checking out & she is so cheerful, friendly & caring with her customer service.

This store usually has all of the items that i require to keep my home safe and sound

CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE KITCHEN DESIGN SPECIALIST JANET OCASIO-GANDOLFO HAVE BEEN PATIENT AND AMAZING THROUGHOUT OUR DESIGN PROCESS AND PURCHASES. WE HAVE USED MANY DEPARTMENTS, LIGHTING, FLOORING, CARPENTRY & CUSTOM DESIGNS ALL OF WHICH HAVE BEEN EXTREMELY HELPFUL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE.

Have some nice employees who are very helpful. Especially Lib.

I was in The Home Depot on Jog Rd in Delray beach on 3/31/21 at 9pm. I need to buy and prepare all the things, which come for the change of Drinking water filtration unit. Somethings like: filter, faucet, filter wrench, inlet valve, 3/8 tubing and 3/8 NTP connector fitting-all that is hard to find even with help. When I asked Billy Delhomme to help me, he was very kind, professional with sweet personality, fast and straight on the business, no wasting my time. He helped me to find all the things I needed. I was very happy and very satisfied. Thank you very much for the professional service Billy!

Claudio was a great salesman and explained everything we needed to know and was very helpful going over all the details of our flooring order

I was not greeted by a single employee during the twenty minutes I spent there. My treatment by the cashier who checked me out ranks as poor as I have received from any store employee anywhere. I had to go to Customer Service to get the mistake that he had made in my check out corrected. The cashier offered neither an apology not did he attempt to correct the mistake.
