Very friendly and knowledgeable staff

Our experience in purchasing a refrigerator (it has been several years since last purchase and research was done prior to visit) Mr. Harry Feuerstein was extremely helpful and acknowledgeable in the three refrigerators we were looking at. Store was clean and staff is friendly with a quick hello and a smile. In a few months we will be looking at a dishwasher, microwave and stove to match our new refrigerator...I now know that Home Depot is the only place to start and finish with. Friendly, services, best price and my delivery was schedule three days after purchase. We left Home Depot feeling great on the choice we mad. Doesn't get any better than this. Highly recommend.

I think this is the worst of all the Home Depot’s that I’ve ever been in I had an appointment at 3 o’clock to meet with Ana Burnstein The kitchen remodeling department she never showed. I spoke to the manager of the store at the time Lindsay she didn’t seem too concerned and I really got the runaround from one of the other members there Gayle

This store is convenient. The management works hard at improving it's service.

The late night staff here are great. It's always good to go there when it's not crowded.

We would like to make favorable comments on one of your employees. His name is Walid Hanna from Choice Flooring. We had him take care of our master bathroom--removing the vanity and mirror because of a leak we had in the vanity. It was literally crumbling whenever you moved part of it. He took out the entire vanity in pieces and replaced part of the wall and cleaned up the entire mess that was made. He then put the vanity, countertop, side slash and mirror back on the wall. He was able to touch up the wall where needed and did a very good job. He told us when he would be here and he was on time and did the work and then came back the next day, a Sunday, and finished up whatever had to be done. We were very pleased with his work and would definitely have him back again if there was work to do. We would definitely recommend him to anyone who is in need of a contractor, especially a small job as well as a big job.

The store clean easy to see the marchandises ilike this store .The employees are always to help.

The associates are friendly and knowledgeable. I found the store to be clean including the bathroom.

I needed a plumbing part. There was no one in the department to help. Someone from other department tryed to help. He was rude by the way. I went to guest services and advised of the situiton. I spoke with Lizzy ( assistant manager). She advised there was alot of call offs today. I told her there was about 6 people needing help. She did go to plumbing and helped me. I advised this was the third time in as many weeks with customer sevice issues.

Everybody that works there is willing to help even if they don’t work in the dept. that you are trying to look for something.

Keep up the great customer service....I feel comfortable going in this store knowing that I will be helped with my corrrect purchase that I needed to do my small home repairs

I went there because the items that I wanted to buy online would not give me my Military Service Discount. It is only available in store. I purchased a ceiling fan/light and and wall switches and ceramic floor tiles and grout. Finding a person to help me with my purchases was almost impossible. Whenever I was able to find someone I was told that they did not work in that department. Finding the right products became difficult because the inventory is very low with little selection. I am being charged $99.00 for delivery of tiles. I am a disabled Vietnam Veteran and can not carry these heavy boxes. If I ordered on line the delivery was free but not in store! I find that there are other stores that I can go to for better service next time.

Home Depot has the biggest selection of everything you need. The employees are very knowledgeable and helpful. The projects I take on would be too difficult without their help and they work with you when you need appliances. Just love shopping there.

A super experience at this store from the minute I entered to the minute I left. So pleasant!!

We recently moved to this area and in the last two years have made many many visits to this location. We find the store to be clean, well stocked and most of all the staff to be very helpful, knowledgeable and courteous! We have made purchases in many departments and have sought help and have always been steered in the right direction. We would especially like to mention our appliance salesperson AJ who did an outstanding job helping us select and purchase 6 appliances for our kitchen and laundry room. We would highly recommend him and this store location in particular to others.

This is not the biggest HD but they make up for it with good customer service. I've found the employees actually seem to be happy, The store is usually very neat and you don't have to worry that the item has been opened and something missing.

The employees on Sunday morning seem to have the greatest time socializing among each other and hiding from customers. The manager "Steven" does not seem to care either. We are pro-services members and apparently he did not know anything about the bulk discounts...We bought almost $4,000 worth of merchandise that morning! It took us an hour to check out. The employees at the service desk were lost staring at the computer screen and having fun. They were sharing the computers while we were waiting.... There were lines of customers just complaining about the whole experience- Terrible!
