Being a female I always have to ask a associate for help in locating items and which item is best for the job at hand. It is my pleasure to say that I am always treated with great respect and friendliness at this location. John the cashier is the best too!

The Pro-Desk (people at cash registers) are outstanding people and so are the customer service people. In matter of fact, all the people who work at Home Depot are outstanding (e.i., shippers/loaders). Product are almost always available and if not they check other stores for product with a very high success rate.

Have been to this store a hundred times and this is my first review. I wanted to take the time to write how kind and friendly and even loving the cashier was " Daniel" was.

The store was very clean and the personel was helpful and accomidating to my needs. I always shopat thisl ocation and never had a problem, no matter what i bought, from home appliances to floors etc.

This store in W. Delray is always in good shape and stocked well ! My cashier today (Deborah) was very friendly and courteous !

The recent Home Depot corporate customer service policy of having store associates help customers locate items is FANTASTIC!! It has made Home Depot's size manageable and for an older woman like myself, it makes the store easy to navigate, i'm able to get my shopping done easily and I love it. Thanks!

I was extremely satisfied with the help I received in the appliance section and the kitchen cabinet section. The service was pleasant and informative. All other small items were stocked and easy to find.

Purchased a front-load washing machine. The associate was knowledgeable to the extreme! This made for a relatively quick sale, with no worries. The delivery went smoothly. The washing machine is performing beyond expectation.

unbelievable service, i felt comfortable and treated with care. the pro desk and associates at the desk did everything perfect in regards to me and my business needs. Michael b is the supervisor and dealing with him made my shopping experience fun and comfortable. i didn't feel like just a customer i felt like part of a family.

Never a sales associate available. They all seem to congregate at the front or rear of the store.

Barry was so helpful with me and my 92 year old father - right away Barry brought my Dad a chair because he saw how my Dad was struggling to walk or stand. He is a very special human being - there should be more people like him in this crazy world of ours.

This store was very near to a project we were doing in Delray. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

It is always a pleasure to go into this particular Home depot, when I need help I can usually find a rep for assistance. The staff is friendly, courteous and knowledgeable regarding the products in the store. We recently had Home Depot install an oversized shower door for us the in-home experience was also a pleasure, the installers were friendly, courteous and knowledgeable and most of all neat, they did not leave a mess to clean up. Thank you Home Depot, Jog Road, Delray Beach, Florida. You are my go-to store....

Great store overall found everything I needed and more I recommend it!

I was directed to the merchandise I needed, and was able to find what I needed with the help of a sales associate in a very short time. In and out in under 15 minutes.

I required paint and a primer to paint a garage floor and I know as much about that subject as I do about brain surgery. Chris, in the paint department, told me exactly what had to be done and provided all the paint I needed. He was patient and helpful and made the job easy .I want to mention his name. because he deserves recognition..

Kitchen cabinets and pieces were over ordered by employee. Too large to fit in my car for return???? Granite countertops paid in full. Fabricating company for Home Depot never received confirmation to process my order. It's been a month of waiting now!!! I will lose my countertop choice and have to yet again choose another one. Extremely poor communications and customer service.

The store was well organized. Associates and cashiers were very helpful and patient (and not only with me). I saw an elderly woman being personally helped in a manner that I thought was exceptional.

Annie at the service desk really did a great job in solving my problem! She could have not been more professional in the way she resolved my issue. She was excellent and should be noted for her great work!
