Great staff floor help !

I went in to buy an umbrella and was greeted by a clerk, named April, who directed me to the golf umbrellas. And then told me about compact ones in another area "in case I preferred that kind". I would not have thought to ask if there were other kinds so I appreciated the extra information and it shows that she knows her product/stock. She then checked out my order with a friendly smile saying, "Stay dry!" Thank you, April, for the pleasant service! :)

You always have what I am looking for and I know where to find it. When I do need help with something, somebody is always able to assist me

My clerk at checkout was more interested in talking to another staff member than completing my checkout. The talk was about her home printer!

I quickly found what I was looking for in the patio dept , with direction from the cashier. An employee, Dillon, was so helpful in loading my cart with bags of heavy stone. He was cordial and friendly- so glad to have the assistance.

I just moved to the Frederick area and have visited this Home Depot on several occasions picking up various items and buying major appliances. Each visit I have made to this location ALL of the employees I interacted with were amazing. Very friendly and helpful. I have NEVER had this type of experience at ANY other large hardware / building supply type of store at any location before. Great place to shop and the employees all seem like they LOVE working there. Most of them seem to have been at this store for quiet a while.

I had my best buying experience in 10 years since moving to Maryland. First, I called and was greeted by "Luvi" who walked all the way across the store to see if they had a tractor in stock that was showing zero online. I drove to the store and was greeted by "Luvi" at the door. She walked me to the rental counter where I was greeted by a very professional young man who helped me find a 2" ball for my truck and then hooked-up the trailer to my truck. I then met up with "Luvi" again to check out and she took me through the store to find a few items I needed. Once I had everything, she then gathered her team and they all loaded the tractor onto the trailer. The two young men that helped load the tractor were very respectful and wasted no time putting the tractor onto the trailer with "Luvi" leading them. Everyone, including the young lady's at the cashiers desk that assisted "Luvi" were very nice and professional. I seen people who wanted to do their job well and who wanted to show kindness. Great Job Home Depot Team!!!! Thank you for giving me the best buying experience I've had in the 10 years since moving to Maryland.

Nice store had what I needed and staff was nice. The tool rental is really excellent too.

At the time I arrived the store was extremely busy but everything on the shelves were nice and neat and organized there was plenty of Home Depot staff to answer my questions and guide me in the right directions I went to the self check out walk right up to it people were there to organize the open register it was a pretty quick experience very pleased

Catherine, the cash register operator was extremely wonderful and very friendly. Unlike the ones who stocks in tools Dept. On the night of 6/4/21 between 8-9pm. No help at all.

The cashier took time to explain how to pick up the mulch. The guys loading the mulch were absolutely fantastic. It was a super busy day for them- Memorial Day 2021, last day of $2 mulch sale and they loaded 25 bags of mulch in about 1 minute. Incredible. Felt bad I didnt have cash to tip them. It was also a hot day.

I shop this store often and the employees take a positive interest in offering help. The store is well stocked and very clean, always.

Sales associate Ryan Thompson assisted me in my purchase of a new refrigerator and although the unit I bought was to have a floor model displayed according to the internet was not available. We compared the top rated seller (LG)with the GE I bought which was a toss up between the two. They are both 4+ star rated however cool as the LG looked had a very flimsy inner door and doubt it will last any abuse of any kind. Decided to keep the GE employees in Kentucky working on the next Refrigerator. I have two rental units and seems like I'm always buying appliances etc., and get whatever I need with whatever associate helps me. Last year was a expensive 600 sf deck replacement and months of locating and getting the materials I needed. (Trex Decking)

I like this store because I am always pleasantly surprised by their customer service. I was helped by Elaine when my card declined. She was very kind and assured me that my items would be set aside, and she would keep an eye on them, while I stepped outside to transfer money. When I got back, Elaine was helping another guest, so Rebecca stepped in to assist me. Rebecca was very capable and quick in getting my items from the safe place Elaine put them. She was very friendly and made me feel good about choosing Home Depot. Both Rebecca and Elaine are very capable and friendly.

Sasha was very helpful during my last visit. I admire the way he was so willing to help. He put the tip money I offered him towards a company charity to help feed hungry Americans rather than keep it for himself. You have got a great employee!!

The sales associates are very knowledgeable and are always willing to offer assistance.

Richard, in the paint department, is the go to guy for help and advice. Very friendly, helpful, patient but most importantly, he’s quite knowledgeable about paint and what goes into making colors neutral, warm or cool and how to choose the right color. What a great experience—he made it so much less stressful trying to make a decision on color choice. High-five Richard and Home Depot on McCain Drive, Frederick for hiring him. Chris.

I was seeking to purchase a set of washer and dryer. The employee in that department was very well knowledgeable in helping me decide on what I wanted to purchase. She was very friendly helpful patient and courteous. I would recommend Frederick home Depot on route 40 if you're looking for appliances or anything.

Naudia (Cashier) provided excellent customer service and went above and beyond to assist during my checkout. Naudia thanked me for my service and offered to have someone assist with my items. In the "climate" we are living in, her genuine kindness and sincerity is a value add for Home Depot.
