I am in love with the garden center! Those employees really do a stand up job! It's so clean and organized. And there's never any dirt allover the floor. And they move out of the way if I have my cart and they have a hose so I don't have to hit it like a speed bumb. So nice. And a very good good experience for my Sunday shopiings.

I ordered mulch on line. Went twice to pick it up and they were out. When it came they delivered it to me.

Very pleasant, fast experience. Skyler was an excellent salesperson. We bought a washing machine and were in and out in 30 minutes.

I buy materials from the store weekly. I’ve received good advice and great help from the employees. On three occasions I’ve had to interact with the manager; each time they provided great support and helped me achieve an optimal resolution

I appreciated that staff took initiative to greet me and ask if I needed help locating any products.

I have done 3 recent projects - replaced a door, installed a basement kitchen and redone counters/sink in the upstairs kitchen - and for every single projects, there have been multiple mistakes or things weren't ready when they were supposed to be (even if I had received a text saying it was ready)

Seems to be very well managed, we've noticed some changes for the better in the past several months. Staff are more engaging, very forthcoming in offering help to find things.

Mark in lumber was a great help getting me set with the proper cedar for my gate posts to support my existing gate. Plus he cut the posts to the correct length for me. Give that man a star!

Was charged for more wood than I bought. Called and emailed the receipt for a credit. Never received. If the company needs money they should borrow it from the bank not the customers.

Ask for Cathy if you want excellent service and someone who knows her department well. She is extremely knowledgeable about the appliance dept. She assisted us with Stove, refrigerator, washer and dryer

Store is nice and clean, I can normally find what I need with out much issue, when I do need assistance staff is always willing to help. Had to go to the service for a order pick up and Erica was super helpful. Made the process quick and easy with a welcoming smile.

One of the employees did not understand what a P.O/job name was. When I told them I didn't want one he decided to get upset with me trying to explain to me that the PO/job name was required, that i could find it on my credit card and that the transaction would not work unless I gave it to him. When I corrected him he became very hostile and treated me VERY rudely. Last year alone I spend over $100,000 at home depot, I know what a PO/job name is. I know the purpose they serve, and I'm not stupid. But this untrained employee treated me like i was the idiot. I'm sorry, but train the employees better, it is NOT a good look when your customers know your business better than your employees.

Scott in the appliance department was very helpful, even after I made a mistake on the color he was very gracious, he had to cancel the order and enter a new one. He helped me and was as friendly as could be. Great Job Scott

The Chicago Hot Dog from the booth at the exit soothes most shopping frustrations. Was sad to have it shut down during Covid. Make sure you don't lose it again.

I usually have items shipped to the store, due to large orders, always spot on communication from this store on incoming order status.

Product shown on app. But not on sales floor - Dennis climbed up in the steel and found items for me. This resulted in a $75 sale s nothing - rock on Dennis!

She helped me feel confident with my purchase and took the extra time to ensure that the refrigerator I purchased would be the right fit for the odd space I had to work with as well as making sure the unit would arrive within the time frame I had to work with. I hired a company to install the flooring upstairs in my house after I was not able to get it to go together. The company let me know that a HUGE amount of the boards in my boxes were not square, so they were not able to use them, and a bunch were broken. In total I purchased 121 boxes and so far about 27 were trash. With imperfections they also struggled to get the boards together. I hired Home Depot to install my entryway and basement thinking it their flooring they will have a better method for the product. They ended up only installing my entryway that 24SQFt with that small amount they also found 6 boards (1 box) that were not square and not able to be used. They also struggled to install the floor saying it was manufactured horribly. HD won't let you return opened flooring, so I sit with 28 boxes so far of trashed flooring costing me a total of $1,657.60. The store would not help me and was very rude, the support number would not help and then after they reached out on a review, they made me fill out a bunch of stuff to also say we won't help you. Oakwood Avenue 22 MIL x 7.4 in. W x 47.8 in. L Waterproof Click Lock Luxury Vinyl Plank Flooring (19.8 sqft/case) is garbage and now I see a ton of new reviews with the same issues.

A woman working there went out of her way to help load my truck. She saw that I'm handicapped and can't do everything myself. Should have offered her a tip.

The three parts of my order were in two different areas. Julie located all three parts in a timely manner. Kudos to Julie!

The employee that I spoke to did not tell me that I could have ordered exactly what I wanted. So I settled for what was in the store’s inventory.

I have shopped on Home Depot online three times and every time there was a problem with products they shipped: 1. Dented parts for a gas grill. 2. They sent me the wrong color ceramic tiles and half the numbers ordered. 3. And yesterday they sent me shower head system with missing part. This is the last I order anything through Home Depot online.

We have bought a lot of lumber and supplies to build our deck to replace the rotting one that was here when we purchased our home recently. The employees were SO helpful with giving us help and also great information. They know their stuff! Very happy with their flowers also. Their flowers are great and last a long time. I've been putting off the effort of selecting window treatments for some time because it seems a little daunting. I finally went in this last week and worked with Drew in the window treatments area, and it was an exceptional experience. He was knowledgeable, patient, pleasant to work with and incredibly thorough. I left the store feeling so good about the experience and knowing that this job would be done and done well. I had no idea this level of customer care was available for this kind of service at the store and I really appreciate that Home Depot offers it.
