It's all about the Home Depot representative, Jennifer (in home appliances) ! She was great to work with. Cordial, knowledgeable, professional and went out of her way to make sure I both understood the process and received the best value! Almost makes me want to go back and make another purchase, just so I could again experience her excellent interaction and service again!

The staff at the West Side Home Depot are amazing. Friendly, helpful, kind, if they can't answer a question, they get someone who will. Knowledgeable people, understanding of those of us who don't do it ourselves!

The cutting section is efficient and accurate. Mitchal makes the process easy and methodical without rushing. Its a convenient service I will likely use again

This is one of the few big box stores where the employees don’t, as a rule, ignore the customer that is clearly wishes someone would pass by and ask if I needed assistance.

Alyssa, customer service rep ...remarkable! Spoke with her earlier in the day after scrolling thru acrylic sheet options for over 2 hrs. my eyes were crossing. Had a number of questions...she knew the answers to ALL. Efficient, upbeat, beyond helpful ! I could have purchased much closer to my home address however I chose to buy nearly 1000.00 in product because of this young lady! I now luv Home Depot Verona!

All it takes is one bad customer experience to sour your taste. And there will always be a situation that doesn’t go 100% your way Home Depot, his honor their promises and his worth the extra drive (20 miles) I drove past Farm and Fleet and several hardware stores and have had good shopping experiences.

I needed to get a battery powered air pump to fill up a flat tire and someone at the front offered to help me find the item I was looking for then called to have a more specialized employee to help me find what I need more efficiently. Larry then came to help me and was very friendly and funny as well and helped me find what I was looking for, but recommended a much cheaper solution to my problem!

I left the store having a great day because of the customer service I received from Gee.

We went through home depot to purchase flooring, quarter round and base boards. We did not know at time of purchase, but they contract just about everything out to other companies so there were a lot of outside companies to talk to. Our order was messed up twice. No one at home depot called us back after leaving many voice messages about fixing our order. In store help is not very knowledgeable. We decided to get a refund after so many bad experiences and use someone else. Home depot did not provide a full refund for unclear reasons. Would not recommend going through home depot for ordering and installing.

I always find what I'm looking for. Employees are helpful in finding items. Check out is alway fast and courteous.

I stopped in at the Home Depot on the west side of Madison to get an estimate on my deck project. Al helped me out with an estimate and then set up my order the following week. This man was so kind and helpful in making sure that I had everything I needed for my deck project.

Interesting card for frequent buyers

I drove 50 mile to pickup some very large clamps that are not stocked in most locations, inventory was correct and very easy locating for purchase Michael was my cashier and was very helpful.

Mitchal and Henry helped my wife and a I get a ton of wood for a new fence. They loaded our cart for us and went so above and beyond, even checking the quality of the wood. I have never had a better experience at a store. Excellent.

the last 3 times I have been in this store there has been drug deals going on in the parking lot.

We had the most incredible help from Laura! She helped us price match a sink that we had online and even helped us go to customer service! She was BEYOND helpful and made this experience so easy and helped us save quite a bit of money! Also Julian checked us out and was wonderful! He made everything so easy! Thank you to you both!!
