Not selling displays

I needed two light bulbs, one for a ceiling fan light fixture, one for a china cabinet. It took me twenty minutes to find something I could use, while five employees were standing at the end of this aisle talking together. None of them offered me any help.

To get 100 $ discount I signed up for a Home Depot credit card was approved was unable to use online due to credit limit when I went to the store the representative was only going to give me 50$ because I couldn’t locate barecode said I used it i had the credit card on me I did find the credit Bar code still couldn’t use the discount due to using a 15% of coupon horrible experience with Home Depot still purchased washer and dryer for over 1700

Tried to buy the Ryobi 3000 electric pressure washer at this store last evening. Approached 3 different employees to get assistance. None were interested in helping and closing the sale. Ended up leaving without the pressure washer after an hour of waiting to be helped! Terrible customer service in spite of having plenty of employees wandering the store!

Amanda in appliances was amazing! She went above and beyond to make sure we found appliances that we love. She was very patient and understanding throughout the process and had great knowledge of the products!

I visit this location a couple times a week and the staff is always very helpful when answering my questions. The store is very clean and organized in a great fashion.

My mother and I recently went to the Home Depot store in West Mifflin, PA, to purchase a new front door for her home. We worked with an employee there named Brett Felix, and he was nothing short of spectacular. Beyond being extremely knowledgeable about the whole process and our various options, Brett was just so incredibly kind, helpful, and patient. We changed our minds a few times during the process, but Brett never flinched. We caught him right before his shift was about to end, but he happily worked with us well past when he was supposed to leave for the day. Honestly, it was one of the best shopping experiences of my life. I think all retail employees, regardless of industry, should model themselves after Brett Felix.... thank you once again, Brett!

I went end of July, and I was greeted as I walked through the store. I was helped when I asked for it, and the employees were always knowledgeable, pleasant and professional. This store always seems neat, and orderly, and sale items are stocked well.

Had a personal shopping associate today. It was amazing! Tori S took one look at my list and helped me check off each item. She even assisted me in scheduling a service that I was not aware you offered. Saved me hours of frustration and aisle searching. If Tori didn’t know the answer she found someone in that department that I could ask. She never talked for me or made assumptions as to what I needed. I am having new kitchen cabinets and electric stove installed. Talia Martin was beyond amazing in designing my kitchen, and working with me to get the kitchen I have always wanted. She was extremely knowledgeable, patient and just plain kind. Bob Kohler worked with me to purchase a new stove. He fully explained what I need to do upon delivery, and fully explained the warrantee purchased. They both exceeded all expectations!

Good selection of products, employees on floor absolutely useless but had an excellent cashier named Michael who ended up loading my vehicle
