I was in and out and about 15 minutes or less. I like the self check out most of the time, but sometimes the checking out process is just cranky.

It’s always great working with customer service, employees, and clerks.

Just had friendly advice from Home Depot associate, not the first time he has helped me. I’m at that store weekly.

This is a great Home Depot with excellent and friendly employees. The areas where this Home Depot does not measure up is the haphazard/shoddy way that the electric carts are stored. They are not always charged and I have to contort myself to access the ones on either side of the eastern entrance. The scooters are old and unreliable. I have very little faith that one will function perfectly during my shopping excursion at the West Plano Home Depot. Do better

Great tools great store

I needed help with a plumbing fixture that was out of stock, and Karolyn took the time to check all surrounding stores and gave me all the information I needed to follow up. Great Service.

I went to pick up a sander and a look at a pack out set for my tools. One guy got the tool out of the locked cage while the other guy went a got the bottom portion of the pack out set . I think it clear to everyone that Home Depot leads the way in the products that they carry and the service they provide.

I never have problems finding things that I need when I go to this store

I always get a Royal treatment at Home Depot all the employees are knowledgeable and they always deliver the best customer service that's why I said the best place to shop.

I noticed an unmarked car in front of my home and several people kind of hanging around in the morning that I was expecting my Home Depot delivery. Who were these people? Apparently, when you have a delivery from Home Depot now, they separately contract (day?) labor to bring the products into your home. In this case, it was one pallet with seven boxes of flooring. Product that I could unload myself! When the delivery truck arrived (in the early afternoon… So these people were hanging outside my home for the better part of the morning into the early afternoon). When the delivery truck arrived from Home Depot, the four Burley men approached my home and took pictures of my home and approached me on mass at my front porch. I had no idea who these four men were and what they were doing at my home, Nor why they were taking photos of my home! I was outraged. When they explained that it took four men to unload 1/4 of a pallet, My blood started to boil. I told them to get lost. I would unload the pallet of seven boxes myself. Beside the fact that there were too many men, no notice given to me that a separate band of men would be required to unload one pallet of products, and that the expectation was that these total strangers were going to enter my home… I started to realize how this reeks of fraud in the Home Depot delivery department for this store. Someone had marked my order as having four pallets! I am wondering how many delivery orders for Home Depot are set to have four or more pallets Even when they are small orders like mine. After all, the more pallets, the more of these laborers need to be subcontracted and paid to unload them and bring them into peoples homes. This reeks of racket! I was so adversely affected by the experience that I contacted the manager of the Home Depot store. I gave him an earful, and essentially his response was, “who cares?”. Needless to say, this will be the LAST Home project that I engage Home Depot!

Needed help finding an irrigation part... literally, two employees said they would 'be right over".... neither showed up. Finally left the store

You never feel bullied to buy. They know where everything is throughout the store. They are there to support the community even when they had their own struggles. The storms in our area in May where thousands were without power including HD west plano, they still opened after it was all over. With no power and having to escort people in the dark store to get supplies to secure their weathered properties they still showed up for us all. From the kid. Lady who helped me find and load 2x4’s and fence supplies to the man who helped me and my 10 year old son load up in the pouring rain….we are grateful. We didn’t have the damage that others did. We were fortunate, but I was having to deal with it alone with my husband being called into work due to the storm. They took so much stress of that moment off my plate.

Store was clean and organized. Associates were professional and helpful.

Always shop here and it feels like a easy place to shop and people there are always friendly and kind!

It REALLY HELPS when I can find an item on the H.D. web site and specify a store location where I want to buy it. The web will tell me the Aisle and Bay #'s where I will find that item in that store. This is a huge assist !! Thanks H.D. and the I.T. web folks

We ordered door last year and they still have not been installed. Measures three time and still wrong size. The whole thing has been a train wreck. If y’all can’t get it right, why do I want to use yall for any of my projects

I have always found the Home Depot employees to be very friendly and helpful. For that reason I always go back.

I was shopping for a tire inflator and Jerry tried to help me by calling for assistance however after 5 minutes no one came. As I was checking out with Jerry, he tried again to call for assistance and a representative finally came and got me the additional item I wanted. Thanks to Jerry for signing me up for rewards and getting me an additional discount.

Store associates need to be more upbeat and cheery. They don't look like they enjoy their jobs. One associate couldn't speak proper English and was unable to help me. Employees should be working with some energy, should enjoy helping customers and should have a command over the English language. Not asking for much, is it?

I had a problem at the store with a charge and Shae went above and beyond to defuse the situation and solve the problem! Great employee!

If Home Depot would simply train their associates on how to provide excellence in customer service their stores would be amazing. Tiffany at the West Plano, TX location is a great example on excellent customer service. She was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. She was a tremendous help in finding the product I needed and the proper choice of different options within the brand. I would suggest senior leadership get deeply involved in the customer experience process. Evidently the Home Depot does not have a very robust customer service training program or they hire the wrong people. This is a blanket statement, which I understand, however much, much improvement is needed! Thank you.

This store is always great. This is my go to shop. They staff is always friendly in self checkout and around the store!

By far the most efficient and overall EXCELLENT staff in any Home depot in the country. They are knowledgeable, happy to assist, and courteous. I hope they continue their hiring practices. I am a dedicated Home Depot customer that will continue to shop here. Shane in gardening went the extra mile to assist me!! Forget the others, shop this Home Deepot!!

Rebecca Ballman in the flooring department provided outstanding assistance, offering me a 50% discount on a piece of pet turf, which was a great help considering my fixed income. Despite feeling unwell, she graciously watched over my cart while I tended to other tasks. Later, she escorted me to the service desk, where Eden Smith efficiently assisted me with checkout. Their kindness and efficiency were particularly appreciated during my illness, and I'm grateful for their exceptional service.

This store is well stocked and the employees are very helpful. I haven't been unsatisfied yet.

This is the worst experience I’ve ever had I asked the cashier before they charged one of my store credits to check the balance. Now I still have to keep up with two store credits. This is ridiculous. The store manager needs to be making sure that all cashiers are fully trained and our listing to customers before they start Using the register. This person should have been used for the lot instead of ringing customers up.

I was looking for a specific item asked a store employee to send someone to help… very quickly heard the announcement on the speaker and an associate was there very quickly to assist us!
