MOST EVERYTHING WAS GREAT ABOUT THIS STORE EXCEPT FOR ONE THING, THE PRODUCT ITEM I WAS TRYING TO REMOVE (50LBS BAGS OF DRIVEWAY FILLER )WAS ON A FULL PALLET ON THE 2ND TIER OF THE STORAGE RACKS WERE TOO HEAVY AND TOO HIGH TO UNLOAD BY MYSELF

everything was perfected . Then I went back on next week to purchase all new aplaiance to my kitchen .

I'm at Home Depot at least once a week for something, to the point that I know and they know the help. The store is always in good order and clean and there is always suffient help and they know where things are in the store.

This is our preferred Home Depot - it's a little on the smaller side, but that just makes it easier to find things. The associates are generally extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We've shopped in pretty much every department and never had a bad experience. In particular, the lawn and garden center employees are fantastic.

It's clear that the people at this garden center know a great deal about plants. Almost all of the plants in my yard have come from Home Depot, and are thriving. Over the years I've been guided by advice from Terri and others who take the time to explain which plants will grow well in certain locations; how to treat plant diseases; and much more. I enjoy coming to this center because of the time and knowledge these associates share with their customers. These sales people Rock!

In the past store associates were hard to find and not very helpful. Within the last six months I've noticed improvements -- store associates are now not only able to be found but are very friendly and knowledgeable about product locations and product uses.

I am that dreaded customer: someone who comes in just before closing. But my need was fairly straightforward, and an associate was cheerfully willing to tell me where to find what I was looking for. When I approached the cashier, he was adaptable, friendly, and quickly had me on my way. Thanks, guys!

Frankly, I went to HD not really looking forward to purchasing a bunch of heavy items for a garden project. We purchased a lot of dirt and bagged items from the garden center that were really heavy, but one of the sales associates was so helpful loading these items onto our cart as well as even loading them into our car. We tried to tip him after he loaded everything in the car and he refused the tip. Hats of to him for working so hard on such a hot day!

Outstanding helpful associates and cashiers great store experience.

I purchased an item from Home Depot.com and on the way out decided to open the package to see what type of batteries my item needed. It needed 2 AA batteries, so I picked up some batteries and went to the cashier. The cashier asked if I needed a bag, I said no, just drop them in this box. The cashier started to dig through my box and start looking at the Items in the box, I was a bit shocked and she asked me "Do you have a receipt for this?" (the item in my box) i was stunned and said "yes its right there in the box" She reached into the box and pulled out the packing slip. On my way home I thought about all of the things I should have said and done when this happened!! I am so appalled bu this and will never return to this store! I want an apology from this cashier!

I LOOKED FOR THE INTERCOM ,COULD NOT FIND THEM. WENT TO THIS NICE YOUNG MAN AND ASKED HIM ,HE WENT RIGHT TO THEM. HE OPENED THE BOX TO SEE IF IT COULD DO WHAT I WANTED IT FOR. IT DID SO I HAVE IT NOW IN MY HOME . IT IS A WIRELESS ONE :)

I had a few odd questions about bird houses and the staff worked hard to help me as much as they could. They took time to focus on me and my questions. Great home depot. Would stop here all the time

I had to buy a grill stat for a BBQ i was hosting for Pride. I pulled up by the grills and there were two associates associate standing there. They helped me find a grill in less than five minutes. One escorted me in to pay and then disassembled an arm of the grill to fit it in my car. They loaded it in very carefully. Total time: 20 minutes. Best shopping experience at home Depot ever. Michael and David are the best!

Fastener aisle is a disaster, mixed product in many bins. Same in deck aisle, we got wrong hardware because mixed product was in boxes.

Kendra from the paint department is an outstanding Home Depot associate. She is very knowledgeable and friendly. She made my painting purchase experience really enjoyable.

Overall great experience. Had problems findings what we needed, but when we finally found an associate, he was very helpful!

I was helped greatly by 2 associates during my visit on 6/3/2015. Will (William as he called himself) was extremely helpful in finding exactly what I was looking for in the garden department. He guided me straight to the location expediting my search. The gentleman working with the checkout team (didn't get a name unfortunately) loaded a number of heavy garden items for me into my vehicle. He had been interrupted before starting but came back straightaway to help me. He was very quick and friendly and turned down a gratuity. Good hires you made. Thanks.

Clean store and easy to find what you are looking for.

I always have a good experience at this Home Depot. The people there are always most helpful and eager to please.

I needed some top soil so off to Home Depot I went. The top soil I needed was on the top of a shelf, so I asked for someone to help me get it. Even though it was late afternoon on a busty Saturday, a friendly and knowledgeable associate helped me track down and obtain the right product and then checked out my purchase. Thanks, guys.
