Always helpful in garden center in loading mulch/dirt on cart and in the car. Most supplies are available in the store or online. Delivery is usually free and quick.

This store does not have as much selection as other locations and they need security in the parking lot. Two individuals tried to take my dog from me.

There are more friendly helpful employees at the Westbury store than any location and I visit many of them.

I would appreciate some knowledge of plants from the employee.. all plants just gorgeous and well taken care of thank u

Need to purchase some items for a commercial job and rent a ladder. These people were amazing. They offered to help from the minute I walked in the door. Great staff all throughout.

I enjoy coming to this store as I know my way around and if I can't find something there are employees who will show me where something is and therefor saving me valuable time. I want to say thank you to the managers and staff at this store for always so friendly and courteous to me when I am there shopping for my work or myself.

I was able to find what I needed in 10 minutes. I was oriented well by the staff and they went the extra mile to help me.

Customer service is horrible. Nobody trys to help are greet the customers at all. All of the employees are just walking around talking to each other

Very friendly and helpful associates, but many are very inexperienced and don't know the layout of the store or where thing are. Overall, most associates are very helpful, but should have a better orientation of departments.

I highly reccommend Art Straka in Appliances at the Westbury store. Very knowledable and walked me to several different aisles to find the items I needed for my dryer and refrigerator.

I just wanted to say thank you to the store manager and cashier that assisted me with my return. This store has the best team members that I ever met in my life. The team members did not challenge me when I requested to exchange a defective generator for a new generator.

I bought a grass cultivator yesterday. An assistant took me to the aisle and showed me the product. When I went to checkout, the price was much higher.Victoria then went to double check.I then wanted homedepot to honor the price displayed.Managers were called and the top manager agreed to give me the discount, but the computer wouldn’t !! After many tries and changing computers the price wouldn’t change. Throughout the waiting process Victoria never lost her cool or patience! She made me feel comfortable and even offered to get me some water.Eventually they worked out a way to get the discount for me. Thank You Victoria. Home Depot should be proud of such an employee!!!

AJ was EXCEPTIONAL! I even told her how I don’t like Home Depot’s because the customer service is bad but she was such a sweetheart! She was so pleasant and welcoming. She was patient and helped me look for an item I needed. Thank you so much AJ!

I usually send my husband to Home Depot. I decided to accompany him and it was a pleasant experience. Everyone was so professional and courteous.

NICE CLEAN SMELLING AREAS TO SHOP

I’m not from the Houston area but I Love Home Depot!!! This store was clean the items were neatly stocked and the prices were reasonable and visible. The PRO Raquel at the PRO Desk was second to none!!! I highly recommend this store as well as Home Depot if you need anything for your home, garden, or yard.

I was shopping for a fridge/freezer. Art Straka was wonderful! I was in and out in no time with exactly what I need. Great job
