Recently purchased a home and haven't really had to do many "projects" in my life. I have been making many trips to Home Depot and don't really know my way around the store. I've been shopping for several items (big and small) and I am always asking for help trying to find items and sometimes how to install those items. So far all of the associates have been able to provide great insight on the locations of these items and how to install those items. There has only been one occasion where I was directed to an incorrect isle, but other than that the "Associate Helpfulness" review would have been 5 stars.

Had to return and the Lady at the desk was wonderful.

The only problem is a lack of help at the manned check -out registers. Last night i went to the return register as it was closer to my exit, and there was one sweet, hard working woman checking out. There were 3 other people standing there doing nothing! One was a woman who answered the phone, told me she would be with me after the call, and then proceeded to walk away when she hung up!

We have been Home Depot customers for years and we shop almost exclusively at the Westbury Square store. It is convenient to our home and the assistance we receive when we need it is exemplary.

This is my favorite store. Emerald is my favorite associate and even though we don't know each other personally, her smile and beautify body, always brightens up my visit.

THE STORE WAS CLEAN, BUT SOMETIMES IT HARD TO FIND ASSOCIATE TO HELP YOU.

I had a wonderful experience at Home Depot because the associate acted in a professional manner. Thank you training your employees effectively. I will recommend family and friends to your store. Also, I was greeted by associates as I entered the store. The store was well organized, clean and I was able to find the department I was looking for with signs posted at the end of each aisle. I will continue to visit your store for items needed and advice to complete home improvements and do it yourself projects.

Using my military discount really is helpful when I am shopping

The low voltage lighting systems are located on a dimly lit aisle. While that may help determine what light you may choose, it does not help you to see that a product may have signs of previous use. The transformer I purchased appeared to be complete and new; however, after getting it home and un-boxing it in good light, it was obviously used previously. There were water stains on it and several screws were also rusted. The door was difficult to open and on close exam appeared to be dented slightly. I found the same transformer at 2 other stores and they were both missing parts or had more obvious signs of prior use/return.

THE CASHIER WAS SCREAMING AT A CUSTOMER AND I THOUGHT THE CASHIER WAS GOING TO HIT THE CUSTOMER. CASHIER RENITA WAS THE WORST CASHIER I HAVE EVER SEEN.... W WERE IN LINE WAITING AND BEING IN THE GARDEN CENTER..... IF E SEE HERE I WILL WALK OUT THE DOOR!

This store always has the best and most well cared for plants. The personnel are helpful and cheerful.

I needed to purchase attic insulation, and the associates were very helpful. They helped me analyze how many bags to purchase, loaded the bags for me, and helped me trouble shoot the blower machine that I rented.

The associates I came in contact with at this store were friendly, professional, helpful and very knowledgeable. They ensured that my requests were met and that I was well informed of my purchases.

Easy to get help finding things needed. Associates will help you as soon as you ask instead of making you wait.

I am a real estate investor and I am in and out of most home improvement stores in the city. This Home Depot location is my favourite! I found the associates to be very knowledgeable and helpful. Having a Home Depot close to us as new homeowners is a dream. This place has everything we need and some things we don't (but still want!) If they don't have it in store, the staff is able to help us get as much info as we need to purchase it online with confidence.

Associates are never willing to help. You had better have a real good idea of what you want and what it looks like because you will be looking for it yourself. I live across the street from this store and have to go to either other locations or their competitor for customer service. Very sad, but very true. They even let me cancel a $741 door order because no one was capable of answering my questions. They took advantage of my father and let him just swipe his HD card. When I went back to ask what some of the charges were for they basically said we can't help you. I asked for my money back and they said sure. I took it to another company and got more bang for my buck! Guess I should be thanking them, but if you need help, GOOD LUCK!

Had excellent help in the plumbing department and associate was very friendly

This store is small compared to other Home Depots but they carry essential improvement products and the mobile app accurately directs you to Aisle and Bin locations for available inventory. Associates are so helpful - they let you check out in the Returns center, which Lowe's does not allow. The only reason I did not give a high Associate rating is for Availability - the small store does not readily have a lot of associates ready and visible to help.

I would like to just send a special "THANK YOU" to Michele S. She was so helpful. I purchased a front load washer and dryer and she made the purchase very painless. I would also like to thank the associate that took all my information over the phone. I'm sorry I don't remember your name. Keep up the good work ladies.

I was looking for helpful information about replacing my wood flooring with tile. The associate that assisted me was very knowledgeable about wood and tile flooring. I was able to make an informed decision without second guessing myself. They never rushed me, they were very professional.

This store is easily accessible from my home. It has what I need at reasonable prices the majority of the time. The associates are willing to assist and help when necessary.

My experience at this store was amazing. The cashier immediately took care of my needs and was very professional. I needed help with loading my purchases into my car. An associate who was on his way out of the door saw that there was no one to help me and came back in, took it down from the shelves, loaded my car and then left for the day. How many times have you seen that lately?

This store open very early. it is very early to find the items and is very convenient. the people who work at custom service is very nice for me. Thank you very much.
