Don't buy them. Because they scratch off the pin number and you have to call customer service to get another pin

Dont waste your time at this place. It's a total disaster. very few people know anything, i recently need help and two employees were too busy on their phones all the while I was ignored. its always a mess and you never see a worker smile. even the older man in tools he too very grumpy all the time. Stay away from him.

I have experienced too many issues with HD online. I recommend going “old school “. Go in, talk to a service specialist. I did and my orders are correct every time I go into the store.

The male employee in the garden dept. was argumentative and rude.

As a disabled person I needed help, didn’t get any. I wandered the store looking for things one employee just said he didn’t know where an item was. 2 employees approached me as if I were a criminal. The only nice person was the one at the cash register

every time I go to the Windsor store I have been helped and had help when I needed it

Home Depot is convenient and has the selection I need for my job.

Heinz Bens helped me understand my flooring purchase and installation project. His help and explanations convinced me I was making the right choices. I’ve purchased many materials for projects big and small from Home Depot in the past. Sales people like Heinz will keep me coming back.

Best customer service.

David and Ben were great! They shut down multiple aisles to safely retrieve (with a forklift - great job David) a pallet of insulation stored up at the top of the rack. I only needed 6 rolls but they made me a priority. There were also two friendly/helpful/patient women associates (whose names I didn’t get) who helped me search.,Thank you everybody! Great job!

Delivery company not acceptable.

We were out shopping for some new blinds and were delighted by the service we received from Heinz. He was knowledgeable, considerate and very helpful. This is the first time we have had such a competent associate help us at this store.

Nice store but we need one in Humboldt County.

Needed (2) 2x4x12s - couldn’t find a dry stick in the whole bundle that wasn’t a) wet, and b) black-mold-laden. It’s a big deal…. So I bought 16s. I’ve noticed (confirmed when I asked the check-out cashier) that people are noticing the quality of Depot lumber is deteriorating - FAST. Is this the lumber equivalent of ‘shrinkflation’ - STINKflation, instead, perhaps?

Friendly helpful employees, clean/organized store, easy to locate items and departments, vast inventory, convenient location and easy parking.

There were two customers ahead of me. The employee handled each of us in a personable manner. Was able to expedite matters by assisting the next person while the first person's paint was mixing. Took less time. Was highly competent, with multitasking skills.

The new shopping carts that lock before you get out into the parking lot to your car are ridiculous. Heavy bags of garden soil or similar must be schlepped by hand across parking lot and this often takes several trips. Very stupid move on the part of HD’s corporate geniuses.

This store is well stocked and I usually find what I am looking for. The store staff is always friendly and often very helpful. I recommend this store for anyone!

STEVEN GERST REALLY KNOWS HIS DEPARTMENT AND WAS VERY HELPFUL AND IT DID NOT TAKE VERY LONG TO FIND WHAT WE WANT AND TO CHECK WITH HIM.

Staff is rude, they don't know how to price match, manager refused to come out in a timely fashion and assist.

Had the best experience at Home Depot yesterday in the customer service. Had a sales associate go above and beyond to help us locate what we were looking for

I am very happy with the service I received from Heinz. He helped me with choosing the best blind treatment options for my home. I felt like he was very professional and patient. Aisles are frequently obstructed with merchandise displays making it difficult to get around the store. And when you're ready to check out you'll find most of the self service checkouts are closed so you'll have to wait longer than you should.

Full service guys. Stopped with their forklift project, helped me find materials, load onto cart, waited for me to pay, and loaded my truck......all with the best, friendliest attitude!

Employees are informative and the shelves are always stocked.
