I had a great customer service shopping for a propane grill. Roberto and Laura were friendly, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I had read mixed reviews of service at other stores so was pleasantly surprised by the level of attention and service I received. I gave onlly 4 stars because I had to buy my grill online for specific delivery and assembly requirements. I was unable to buy in-store sale items but with the help of attentive and thoughtful sales associates I was able a find solution. Can't wait for the new grill! Thank you Roberto and Laura.

I often go to various Home Depots in the area; Windsor HD is oustanding in customer service, friendliness and usually having items in stock. Many of the employees there have a thorough knowledge of the products in their department and are always willing to help out if needed.

I am never dis appointed when I ask for help with your employees. I find them very knowledgeable and helpful. I guess that why I always go to the same store

I walked into the Windsor store extremely frustrated. Robin was able to acknowledge and apologized (even though my frustration was not her fault) and then help me with my project. I appreciated her outstanding customer service! Thank you!

This store is always a pleasant shopping experience. My handyman buys materials here for me and he thinks you are great too. Thank you for investing in training and customer service for your employees. I drive out of my way to come to your store because I can always get the help I need to purchase what I want. Value and service make spending my money here satisfying.

There's almost always something "extra" value that I need and find while shopping. There are plenty of assistants in the store, if you end up with one that is a poor performer, you can always find another one. Most are smiling and helpful.

The Windsor Home Depot is an excellent store with very customer oriented employees! I received exceptional customer service when bringing in a lawn mower I purchased at the Home Depot for warranty repair which was performed at the Windsor store by an exceptional employee! Two other employees were also instrumental in this experience.

was asked multiple times by different sales associates if i needed help with anything. everyone was so friendly and offered their insights and advice while helping choose the best boxes for our move. I unfortunately did not get the names of the two associates that assisted me, but they were both knowledgeable and friendly.

The Windsor Store is one of three in the region where I live. Although it is the furthest from my home, it is now my store as I have found the customer service level far superior to that of both the Santa Rosa Store and especially the Rohnert Park Store where I have ben very disappointed with employee negative attitudes.

The 3 employees that I asked for help were very friendly and helpful. They knew about the items I was asking about and where to find them. This saved me from the frustration of trying to find things on my own and really saved time. Thank you !

Clean, Organized- the assistant was knowlegdeable for the questions I had. I really like the option of self checkout. I was not as happy about an in home appraisal for some countertops. The person that came was very nice, but the options were VERY limited. I shop this store often and will continue to use this store.
