I buy everything I need for Gardening! Love their flowers, bricks, stones, soil, pots, and small trees, like lemons and other fruits trees. I have been shopping at this store for a long time. Thank you so much!

Service is non existent if your not a contractor.

The people who work at home depot are the bottom of the barrel

I don’t like being negative but I could not find person to help me. I was in Xmas atea and the one person I found said they would send someone over but after 15 minutes I was done. I did buy something and of course it is self checkout. No one wants to go out of their way to be helpful. Sorry but Ace Hatdwsre always has someone to help; however they don’t have everything Home Depot has. So I will continue to shop there for only those things Ace Hsrdware does not carry.

Went to the store last night and everyone in there was very helpful and super friendly! We went to the rental and also regular check out. this is a great Home Depot location!

We has an issue with an online order and this Home Depot was the only one near us who had the items we needed. We were on a tight schedule in getting the project done so, even though this location was about an hour away, we decided to go. Our order was a a fairly big one and there was an issue with a gift card we had. We were able to resolve it on the phone with the resolution department. Carlos, the assistant manager was extremely helpful in insuring that we left with everything we needed. In fact, he even gave us the name of a handyman who might be able to help us with our project. Carlos and the gentleman at the cash register, whose name I don't know are an asset to your business. Even though your store is an hour a way, we will definitely be back when we're in the area..

I just had some beautiful wood fence panels delivered to my home. The driver was so kind as to place them in my carport. They were delivered in a very timely manner.

The area around this Home Depot is getting worse with homeless and sketchy hotels drawing in people who are just hanging around the area with grocery carts and living around the street out front.

We purchased five (2x4) from Home Depot and had these 10' pieces cut in half. The cashier rang these up as ten (2x4). While I explained these had been cut in half to create 5' pieces. It didn't matter. She rung them up incorrectly. I then had to go to customer service and stand in another line to get my refund! This is a serious lack of training as well as the lack of her being able to call someone with a question. Apparently the customers time doesn't matter! This was their mistake but it took me extra time because of such a simple thing! While the customer service person apologized for the problem, the real problem is that Home Depot puts the correction of the problem on the customer! I was in the garden area and had to carry everything to customer service and back. Is this really your standard of service? It sucks! You should have had a manager that could correct the error so I could be on my way. Shame on you for making this my fault when I explained these were cut in half!

My wife and I (plus our Rottweiller) have been going to this store for years, purchasing multiple small to large items. Service has always been excellent, both in answering questions, and at check-out. Recently employess have shown great kindness to our dog.

Employees are always helpful, kind and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this location! Especially for women home owners trying to care for their home! They always have the right answer and ready to help

TL:DR, Cashier on the phone ignores you even though you stand in front of them for a good few minutes only for them to skip you and help the person after you. No apologies for failing to acknowledge your existence. Self checkout was closed in the garden center.
