This is my second time at this store and they haven't disappointed me yet. Chris was so helpful. I was in the Wood area And was looking for wood for my project. He walked up and asked if I needed help. He also asked questions to get clarification on what I was doing for my project. I appreciate his assistance and I'll truly be Back.

Just moved to the area, and I am doing some remodeling. This store has super friendly and knowledgeable, yes KNOWLEDGEABLE employees! Finally a home depot that not only points you to the right direction but also educates you and helps you expand your horizon. This is a place I will definitely be spending alot time and money at and will be happy to.

The people here are really nice

Was at the cash wrap in customer service the girls were on the end talking hadn't even acknowledged me. William comes from standing at the door and asked me had I been helped. Took care of me. very friendly and funny. Thank you William for seeing that I needed to be helped and getting me situated. Keep up the good work.

Very reliable employees, kind, very helpful in everyway, they were cleaning, social distancing, hand sanitizer available. Really appreciate they got me a cart to take my items to my car. Awesome Store. Thank you

Leonard, was an excellent help to me in the electrical depot when I knew nothing about the actual items my husband asked me to pick up. He went above and beyond and took the time to help me find what I was looking for. He was knowledgeable and very patient.

I was helped by the customer service staff and was very pleased with the help and concern they showed me. Gee Gee took time with me and it made for a pleasant experience at this location. Thank you

I am sure this Home Depot is like the others, but do not go here. The employee's DO NOT wear masks. All the self checkouts are not sanitized. No sanitizing stations in the store. The employees are rude. If you want COVID 19 then by all means, please visit here.

Thank you Gigi for your help! It was towards the end of the day and she had a smile while placing our order when needed to have a Washing making delivered. She was very helpful and kind, and we appreciated that!

The Store was stocked well and very organized with plenty associates to assist.

The cashier, Kimber Dakota and her helper, (I cannot remember his name) assisted me all my plants, and other garden items. Her helper assisted me with getting all the plants to my car, covering my interior with plastic and assisted in loading the plants. He also gave me some great advice about servicing my vehilcle.

I frequent this Home Depot because the majority of my projects are in this area. I am greeted when I visit and when I need help it is given rather quickly. The employees are knowledgeable and the product line is excellent. Thanks for being in a convenient location with easy access.

Shopped online at the Millenia store but all items were shipped from other stores. Confusing!

Very clean store, has great product, employees are very friendly & helpful. I gave it 4 stars because I believe the Nursery could be alot better, otherwise it is great and we will continue to shop there

I received the most amazing call from Theresa McKenzie from that store as a follow-up to an unusual experience I had at the store. She apologized and went on to listen to my story. She continued to offer to do what ever she could to help win my business back. That call in itself did enough to win me back but, she asked me to call her when I planned on returning the few other items I needed to return. I did and she helped support the already amazing return exp. (I wish I should remember her name as well). I was so impressed by Theresa's efforts and attitude I asked to speak to her manager and before I knew it, Lisa Holzhouser, the store manager was there with another outstanding attitude. I complemented her as well for her great team. As I was walking out, I half expected balloons to drop with confetti. Great Store exp.

Kimmer in the garden department knows what customer service means. Home Depot should strive to get more employees like her!!

I have been an avid Home Depot shopper for years. I get it that they have people returning things without receipts too often. But if they’re changing their policy to now prevent people from returning things that they do have a receipt for just because previously they purchased something with a store credit they need to make that clear with signage and messaging. I was very disappointed with the customer service or lack there of I just received at the Lee Road store. I had my receipt I had the items. But was not allowed to return it because my previous purchase was paid partially with a store credit.

Everything in the store was accessible as usual and the hospitality was unlimited. Everything I needed was neatly stocked on the shelves and easily accessible for me to locate. Self check out allowed me to expedite my purchase and move on about my day. I enjoy shopping specifically at this Winter Park store, and will continue to shop for all my home improvement needs.

The cashier Pamela was awesome. She told my mother she was beautiful and gave her a hug. My mother had lost her hair from chemo and this really made her day.
