My Home Depot associate was so very friendly and knowledgeable about helping us purchase the correct paint for our bathroom and bedroom. I'll be back again.

1 register opened, not even the self checkouts were staffed. Isles cluttered with new stock on pallets and carts to be put away. Searched for a department associate for over 10 minutes, never found one. Left and went and ordered from Lowe's

My 8 month along pregnant Daughter & I went to purchase flooring. I Went twice to customer service to ask for assistance, no one ever showed up to help, so she loaded cart alone, told associate what happened, and wasn't offered any assistance to load car.

Hire some people to check the customers out - a Sunday afternoon and 2 cashiers and 3 self check outs only open. Takes to long to check out - always other places to shop that may not take as long. Store employees very helpful in the Appliance part of the store, both ladies very helpful.

When I came into the store, I was in a hurry and the greeting associate seemed to sense my urgency and promptly directed me to where to find what I was looking for. He saved me a tremendous amount of time by not letting me search your many stocked isles on my own. Having enough employees available at any time for my many questions is crucial for the success of any store and I am happy to say your store meets and exceeds that expectation. I received excellent assistance from Diane in the kitchen/bath cabinet department. She made is easy to select Thomasville bath vanity cabinets that will fit my narrow bathroom configuration. She provided many useful recommendations. It was a pleasure working with her.

Clean and very organized store. Employees helped me find what I needed. I usually shop here with my husband and he knows store well. This time I was by myself and employee went out of his way to help.

nice store, friendly Associates. Store had a Torn American Flag outside of the Building, I made customer service aware of the problem and within a few days it was replaced. I just hope they properly put it to rest?

Bought a refrigerator at this store for home delivery. When I got home I realized that it would not fit. Went back to the store for an exchange, Although it took about ten minutes for someone to help me, I was still out of the store in less then a half hour. The sales associate was a big help, I gave him all the measurements and he found what i needed fast.

I placed a special order at the Woodhaven Home Depot store for 4 cabinets. it took 3 weeks for my cabinets to arrive as was anticipated however when they were delivered to my home all 4 were damaged. I was very upset and called the store. Jason, the store manager, at Woodhaven personally ensured me that he would escalate my special order to the manufacturer, and would call me directly as soon as he spoke to the special order expediter. As promised, Jason called me within 24 hours with order confirmation. Further, when my cabinets came to the Woodhave Store, Jason personally inspected them, called me, and then brought them to my home the same day they arrived. Jason turned a very negative experience into a very positive one with his extra efforts. As I am at home depot at least once per week during our home re-model, I seem to run into Jason often, he always acknowledges me, and asks me if I need help and offers a smile. Wow! What a great employee to make the extra effort and recognize the importance of creating positive experiences.

This particular day I was very excited about getting started on a job I had planned in my basement and I found when I asked for help I not only got knowledgeable help, she also gave me a better way to complete the job that was less costly! To me, that was amazing for her to do that. I ended up spending the money I saved on a repair that I have been needing to do for awhile now but couldn't find the extra cash to get it done!!! This associate went over and above in my book!

I was visiting some family for the summer and went to Home Depot not knowing what tool i needed for my project. I let Doc know what i wanted to do. And he gave me the right tool for the job. Doc Was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I will recommend this store to anyone who needs help with their own projects.

we didn't need any assistance in the store this visit but were asked often by associates if we needed any help. we have needed much assistance while recently updating a rental home and found associates extremely courteous, knowledgeable and helpful in the woodhaven store. our cashier was very polite and helpful while processing our purchase.

My whole overall experience with the Rental Department and specifically Meredith S. was outstanding. She was most helpful and had a great deal of knowledge about the rental product.
