Pete helped me to get my holy grail. A 9ft ornament arch that was out of stock ALL last year, I hunted for months at different Home Depots. No one had one to sell to me. I went in the other day and didn't see any on the floor. I asked customer service and they called Pete and he came to the rescue. He didn't have any in stock, so he checked the truck orders. 2 were coming in that night and he said he would set one aside for me. I went the next morning after dropping my daughter off... and Pete came through! He remembered and had one waiting at customer service for me. the cashier even said that he had been checking to see if I had picked it up yet. Thank you Pete so much! I was really bummed last year, and now, I am so excited to decorate for Christmas!!!

I had to return material and make a purchase. I encountered several different employees. The return register, lumber dept, and the cashier. ALL were friendly, personable, and respectful. Great experience.

The options I had for my rather small purchase was perfect for my needs. And always has been in the past.

Being an elderly female senior I find the employees at Home Depot in Woodhaven are always very helpful. I'm a DIYER and always have a lot of questions and everyone has always been so very helpful on my visits. I also order many things online and pick-up is always prompt and easy.

Yesterday, I went to buy fertilizer and they showed me an electric lawnmower that is so much lighter and easier to use. I am in poor health but they put it together for me and loaded it in my car. It was on-sale as well! Thank you girls!

I was looking for a part for my new used John Deere tractor mower. I knew I would have a hard time finding the parts so I asked the cashier if she could call someone to help me. The employee who helped me was quite friendly and helpful. Initially he told me where the part was, but I asked him for help finding it and he found the exact part that I needed. I was quite pleased with my experience at Home Depot.

This store is cleaner, more organized than other stores. Get in and get out

I purchased a Easter Lily and a purple Hyacinth. They are both beautiful and smell great.

As always this store is clean, has great helpful staff, and most of all has the items I need in stock with good quality. I feel you will have to look long and hard to find a better Home Depot Store in S.E. Michigan

Tons of friendly knowledgeable employees around every corner! Usually I wander aimlessly in search of an approachable associate but this location was hands down the best I’ve been to. Keep up the great work Woodhaven!

I went shopping today with my 5yo Son and purchased a new snow blower! It took some time and we had a bunch of it! They asked if we needed anything and I said I wanted this one. It was not anywhere near the one I wanted? It was on a shelf on the other side of the store. They promptly grabbed a forklift and lowered my new machine! Great service and we enjoyed ourselves!

Had a furnace issue the other day. I was frustrated and needed to talk to someone to get the problem sorted out. Went to Home Depot in Woodhaven, Michigan and was lucky enough to find Jonathan in the HVAC Dept. I explained the issue, he listened and we were able to formulate a plan of attack, which was successful. Jonathan is a great guy and Home Depot is lucky to have him there. Thanks.

I bought a Ryobi inflation pump a month ago and am very pleased with it.
