20 minutes in one isle, asked for help no one came. 20 minutes of waiting, asked again. 20 more minutes, I left. One full hour of waiting

The new self check out computer screens are a pleasure to use.

I went with my Grandmother to buy some blinds for her new house. I wasn't too sure how to install them. I asked a rather tall gentleman there how install them and he made sure that we knew what we were doing before we left the store. Outstanding Service and knowledgeable. We will be returning customers!

If you need help with flooring, ask for Mike K. He as amazing, knowledgeable, willing to assist and reminded me of what great customer service is all about. He provided information to help make an informed buying decision and knew his stuff.

The gentleman in the paint department was extremely helpful & knowledgeable This store is very good compaired to others South Canton on Michigan Ave is the absolute best

Seems like the weekend employees are not near as knowledgeable or friendly as the weekday employees for some reason.

The store was very clean and the supervisor Dan from Plumbing and Angelo from Lumber were absolutely awesome in helping me get exactly what I needed! The lighting and appliance departments weren't very helpful but because of Dan and Angelo going above and beyond this store received a 5 star rating.Check out was also smooth and easy with the wonderful cashier Erika!

The Home Depot store in Woodhaven has always been my "go to" store for anything needed for a home improvement project. Employees are available and helpful. I am thankful the store is available.

GOOD EXPERIENCE ON A BUSY HOLIDAY WEEKEND...IT WAS A MAD HOUSE BUT, STILL GOT THE HELP I NEEDED! GOOD JOB HD!!!

I purchased 25 bags of Black Earthgro Mulch today. Several of the bags contained mulch that had mold on it. Each bag of mulch also had mulch that was discolored (gray). I attempted to explain my frustration to an employee who was working at the return desk, and she indicated that all she could do was provide a discount on a future purchase that would need to be made today. I did not need to make any additional purchases today so that was not helpful. In addition, the employees who loaded the mulch into my vehicle seemed rude and impatient.

Even though we live 5 minutes from the store on Eureka Road in Taylor, we prefer the Woodhaven store. It is much larger offering more products, cleaner and more organized. There always seems to be an employee available to help you if needed. This is not the case at the Taylor store. It is worth the 15 minute drive for the service and selection.

Store well stocked, employees well trained, friendly and helpful.

Everyone is always very helpful when I am looking for supplies for my home improvements.

Employees always ask if I need help when I shop here. When I do need help, they walk me to the product and give further assisstance if needed. Very friendly store.

Very thankful for our cashier Erika! She was so friendly and didn't just listen to me, she engaged in the conversation, relating and showing interest. She's a keeper!! Clean store and nice to see the manager Jason on the floor taking to customers, helping and making sure everyone's taken care of!
