My yard is beautiful and often admired by those passing. It is really a show stopper. I tell them " shop at HOME DEPOT IN ZACHARY and my plants survive., grow and thrive" I am well-pleased and know that I am beginning my experience with guaranteed survival, success and maintenance

I wish there was a store closer that sold the same stuff

Typical Home Depot store with poorly trained and under paid employees that are severely disinterested plus a poor selection of merchandise. How is Home Depot still in business?

Zachary Home Depot is a very nice convenient place to shop for all outdoor products and the employees are very helpful.

Although I have been very happy with customer service, my online orders have been a real mess. Your representatives have been extremely nice and helpful but it is still a real pain. I have ordered o line in the past with no problems but my recent orders were terrible.

I have never had such poor service as I do at this store. No one wants to help, no one returns calls, no one wants to help.

I visited this trip to rent the carpenter cleaner and the young lady was very helpful and friendly

Because it is close to my home, I go to this store. I rarely find the staff helpful, and most of the time the staff seems annoyed when I ask for help.

I was told item would be delivered free of charges. Sounds good but it never got delivered. Had to go back to store to reorder. Then told I had to make another trip to store the next day to get my product All of this took a week when it was going to be same day delivery. Don't fall for this.

I have been renting equipment from the HD for over 15 yrs. Yesterday was turned away due to new verification process not allowing me to scan my ID. I understand that HD needs a process that protects them from theft. But, I am now been forced to switch to a higher rental rate company to keep my jobs working so thanks for costing me money and time HD. Highly unlikely to return to HD period. So guys, don’t waste your time, make the switch to AAA!

Best shopping experience ever at Home Depot!

Wanted a 50' roll of wire. Someone had to open gate and then tell me it will be waiting at register 1. The registers aren't clearly marked. I was told I couldn't not walk around with the wire and if I didn't like it, go buy it somewhere else. And the 2 pieces of wood I bought warped inside my van by the time I got home. Most wood from HD will.

I just love the atmosphere, and hrlpful associates at the Zachary store.

Picked up a fiberglass ladder and noticed it was damaged. Informed a store manager and purchased a different ladder. Happened to be back in the store the following day or so and looked to see if the ladder was still in stock. Yep! Incredible.

Purchased some beautiful ferns, plants, etc.

Employees were friendly and very helpful.

Not enough assistance available

I was told by a lady named Kim in this store they couldn’t tape or tie my moulding together for me after spending thousands of dollars with Home Depot. Sad.

We purchased three item we really needed a refrigerator dryer, and air-condition and we are very pleased with all three.thank God and this Zachary store and employees.

Employees went out of their way to find my product.

I came in to purchase a cedar wood planter and I didn't know where they would be held so Jas'myn started me in the right direction for help and Markayla finished it up. They were great in their willingness to help and they did it with a smile and pleasant attitude.

Honestly, I was not expecting the experience I received. I spend north of 45k a year with work I do a year at Homedepot nearly exclusively on occasion ill go were there is material but. This trip specifically I was not let down in the slightest. Not only did they asist me. But twice. And did not let me down! I wo t get into the specifics but basically these two are on there a game and they know what they are doing.. I like Trevons personality and diana is awesome!!! with a little time and patience you will get to where your going... nothing goes unnoticed keep up the hard work. As a customer know it can be mentally straining seeing ehat you deal with. And I appreciate all your efforts!!!

This HD always has what we are looking for and more.

The Zachary store is one of the top HD stores in the area. It is always clean, well organized and it employees are always friendly and helpful.

I live in baker I only visit this location because of everyone being friendly especially Mrs.Linda

Went in to get keys made. Staff was very helpful in directing me to key station and helping me through checkout.
