Very rude wanted handicap person walk to another register at other end of store no parking down there because she was lasy I suggest you enter move handicapped parking or move service desk

Warning so this doesn’t happen to you. I looked on the Home Depot app and saw a pallet price for a specific item. When I got to the store I was charged $350 more for the same pallet because I didn’t order online for the same product in store today. Just another representation of the downfall of America. I hope this review will help you be aware that you may end up paying more if you don’t want to order in the app.

Purchased 10' downspout and other items. I'm 92 yrs old, Cashier Janice carried my purchases to my vehicle which was parked out in lot. So very grateful. I have a bad heart and was really happy for the help.

I don’t know why but I have avoided Home Depot like the plague, no more. As soon as I walked in I could tell it was going to be better than that other option. The store was clean I seen workers and they were actually very helpful, extremely helpful that I kinda felt guilty. And what I bought was cheaper than anywhere else. Did I mention the super helpful friendly staff?

We recently went to Home Depot in Zanesville to purchase a Christmas tree. Upon hearing the store we were greeted by 3 associates within moments asking if they could be of help. The gentleman in the Christmas tree department was very knowledgeable and helpful and gave us personal insight into the tree that we were searching for and guided us to it over the top customer service couldn’t have been any better.

Zanesville wowed in customer Service!!! Lorrie helped us with every step of the process -she was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable!!! A man on the forklift whose name I did not get was extremely user friendly helpful and patiently teaching while assisting loading drywall for us. I am beyond impressed and so glad I chose to open my business account with Home Depot at this location!!! Thank you so much !!!!!

I was assisted by an employee who quickly created 3 keys for me. She was friendly and professional. When I checked them all of the keys worked perfectly.
