The store is always clean and well stocked. The staff is always pleasant and willing to go out of their way to help.

Friendly staff very attentive to my (unique) shopping needs. Having originated off earth, my (specific) needs when it comes to building supplies are not of this world. The “beyond” section by the bathrooms was my home away from home.

Overall I prefer this location at Northpointe over the other store down the street. Wish the South-end had a Home Depot. It's my go to store for purchasing home improvement and remodeling. Highly recommend the Aquatic A2 tubs and showers. That are direct to stud, caulk less install.

I can always find someone to help me...that is why I shop this store over other improvements stores.

Manager was rude. Asked if I could get a discount on a washer as they don’t deliver where I live.... manager was extremely rude said they don’t do that. Guess it was his tone of the conversation that didn’t sit good. Needs a course in people skills and customer service. Aren't you suppose to try to please and satisfy your customers not have them resenting your store/chain and telling everyone how you don't work with your customers!! Definitely would not recommend this store.

The folks at the Pro desk, Doug, Natasha, the shipping folks Nate, and Austin, and the front cashiers Janice and Juanita have been wonderful to work with. They have all be more than accommodating and have provided a wonderful experience every time I have called or been in person at the store. Thank you. BUT..... the program that puts together materials for building packages.... be sure you have someone that knows more than me look it over before you have it delivered, many things I had to go and pick up and return.

100% positive experience. Need a new washer immediately and they came through for us at $100. less than competitors price. Sales clerk was amazing, answered all our questions, left the store, shopped elsewhere and then came back to complete the purchase. Staff were professional and courteous. Couldn't be happier! Thank you Home Depot! :) I don't usually leave feedback but this important purchase and courteous staff at Zanesville Home Depot made this an amazing experience. THANK YOU ALL! :)

Zanesville Home Depot is always clean and the associates are always helpful and nice

You made me feel like a thief. I returned items I purchased with a gift card. I had my receipts for the $6.65 return. I had to show my drivers license. I asked since i had use the gift card to purchase the items just add the $6.65 back onto the gift card. The clerk made it known she could not do that " it had to be a in store credit" I used the new in store credit card to make a $6.18 purchase within 10 minuets. When I checked out I had to show my drivers license again!

Do not go to this store if you need protection from Covid. Mask rule not enforced.

Lumber shelves were Empty could not get an associate to get Lumber down from the top rack

On May 25, 2020 I was in Zanesville Home Depot to purchase some lumber shelves still empty from two days prior Lumber was still on top shelf and could not be reached Tried to voice my concerns to manager Melissa she was very rude and did not care about the problem

The store employees were very rude, tried to get help and the associate by garden said if it's not on the shelf then we do not have it. I come out to the store multiple times a week and the associate who's apron says Chris is the same way every time I am out there.

I would like to give a big "Thank You" to all of your store's sales associates! Everyone was working hard to providing a safe shopping experience, on top of doing their regular job.
