I really have enjoyed my Weber 22 inch grill. It grills and smokes great! I am very impressed with its ability to hold heat. I’ve smoked two pork butts on it and ribs, they turned out perfect!

I love my new grill .I also purchased the side charcoal baskets! I can put my food in the middle of my grill with a foil pan under everything.My food comes out fantastic! I use some wood chips also . The flavor is fantastic! The grill is easy to maintain . I don’t have to stand guard or fight grease flames.It’s a pleasure to bar- b -que using this method!

I bought this product in July 2023. it is my 4th Weber since 1976 (48 years) I didn't even hesitate to look at another vendor. I am so disappointed. The kettle is no longer sturdy as it is now a much thinner material. And the single most disappointing aspect is the ash catcher single stroke or whatever cleaning system. It is the cheapest design you could possibly deploy. Not only is it difficult to attach and stay on, but the air adjustments are challenging to understand - pathetic. What is wrong with simple percentage of airflow? . (see photo) The cost reducing of this product has cheapened it to being disappointing. I suggest restoring it to it previous level of quality and raise the price to do so. Again, you only get what you pay for and I did not pay for what used to be a quality product.

I love the Weber Kettle Grill. If you’re going to cook on charcoal, I believe it is the best choice. It is quick to assemble and easy to use. I have one at each of my 3 properties. I have an offset “stick burner”, a vertical charcoal smoker, a pellet grill, and a trailer mounted reverse flow smoker. I use the Webers the most. Great for smoking, grilling or searing.

Replacing my 30yr old Weber warhorse with this forest green sweetheart! The old one has seen so many wonderful dinners I am looking forward to retiring with this one and the ash catcher is a huge upgrade. I do wish the my had kept 2 handles on the lower half for loading into the truck but I'll get by. Assembly was a breeze and the initial burn in and cook went excellent. Looking forward to many more years with this one!

I just purchased a 22in. Weber grill. I have used it only once so far, we have had a lot of rain lately. I grilled some boneless pork chops which turned out pretty good. I’m very anxious to cook more foods on it such as chicken wings that are my favorite. I want to try some indirect cooking also. Once I cook some more I’ll give another review. Very happy so far!

Cooks perfectly with so many options for searing, grilling and offset cooking. Very efficient on charcoal too. It’s perfectly designed and manufactured. I’ve been grilling for 40 years and trust me, you can’t beat the Weber Kettle. It’s the best!

The Weber kettle is a great classic! Can’t ever go wrong with one, makes amazing bbq. Just a few things could make it better. Some sort of heat proof handle to change the vent on top and a better method for hanging the lid off to the side. Also the grate slots are to large for holding small pieces of lump charcoal and I loose a lot through the grates, but works perfect for briquets. Also the ash clean out doesn’t get all the ash out of the bottom of it but it works well enough to not be an issue. Overall it’s a great grill and worth the money and would purchase again.

Absolutely perfect grill couldn’t ask for anything better!

This is the third or forth Weber I have owned. This one is obviously the result of trying to cheapen the product through foreign manufacturing. One-they have gone to one handle not two. This provides less places to hang BBQ utensils. It also makes it difficult to move if it has been recently used and is hot. Two-the lid is not as tough as in the past. My new lid slide off the back, landed in the grass and has deformed so I have to push it aggressively for it to seat to the base. (My old one hit the grass numerous times with no issues.) Three-the coating they are using is also cheaper. Where the one handle is tack welded onto the base it is rusting after two months (I got it for Christmas) My old grill is still in the edge of the yard and after nine years there is no rust at either of the two handles. Lastly-On my previous grill I could put the lid on and leave a crescent moon opening by leaving the lid ajar-it provided for another option for heat retention. This unit, if you try that the lid slides off-therefore hitting the grass and deforming the lid. It is also obvious that they are trying to hide the country of manufacture-the aluminium shield at the adjustable vent says"engineered in Palatine, IL" not manufactured in the USA. It is a sad epitaph to a once superior company and product.

Been grilling on 14” & 18” Smokey Joe and Jumbo Joe’s for 10 years. My girlfriend gifted me this 22” original kettle premium for Christmas and I couldn’t be happier. All of the extra grill area gives me much more heat control and grilling is not only easier but this grill is much more versatile.

I’ve used this thing to grill and smoke. I prefer this over my gas grill and smoker. Cooking by charcoal is really an art form.

I made the switch from propane to the webber 22” kettle bbq just before the christmas holidays with the rotisserie attachment. Love how this cooks the food and even jumped all in and did the 18 lb turkey on the webber for christmas day. Turn out amazing, company raved it was the best they have ever had!!

Simply the best for cooking a Thanksgiving turkey!!

First timer owner of this type of BBQ easy to for cooking a good taste meal.

I purchased my 3rd Weber in 40 years. In my opinion there is no reason to buy anything else. I broke it in cooking my usual Thanksgiving turkey. As usual, everyone raved about how moist it was. I took credit as the chef, but added that it was Q’d on my new Weber!!

This is my third 22" weber in 40 years. My favorite feature of this grill is the air slots in the bottom.. Same wiper assembly but the air slots look like a "P" shape - which allows much more control for low temperature cooks like smoking ribs, pork shoulders and beef brisket SLOWLY. Love it! My only gripe is that the ash basket changed from a left to right release, to a "squeeze-of-the-handle" to release straight down. Good idea, but the strength required to squeeze the handle far enough for the release of the basket is not reasonable. One design suggestion: instead of putting the thermometer opposite of top vent, put it closer to the top vent. This allows temperature to be taken over the meat where the top vent will be to draw smoke over the meat - opposite the fire. As it, there is no good way to position the top vent over the meat without the thermometer right over the fire opposite the meat. As is, the thermometer is no good for judging inside temperature for smokes because it reads too high right over the coals. Great quality and still the best for grilling AND smoking all-in-one!

This grill may be new but I have owned Weber kettle grills for over 25 years. They are by far one of the best grills ever. I can cook everything from hotdogs to turkeys in this grill and they come out absolutely delicious. I have never been a fan of gas grilling because I can never get that flavor that I and everyone I have grilled for loves. Grilling is an art and this grill helps me make masterpieces. Thanks Weber for making a fantastic product.

The grill itself is fine. Performs like any other kettle should perform. Ended up getting three different bottom halves sent because one was not perfectly round, they sent another one, but forgot to put the vent on the bottom, then sent another one. Overall took 2 1/2 weeks to get my kettle together because of this.

I had one of these for several years. My children got me a large smoker and I gave the Weber to one of the kids (He had just bought a house needed a grill). Immediately missed my Weber, so I got a new one for regular grilling days.

Awesome little grill very versatile great color (copper) can’t stop cooking on it!

Just moved to new home from apartment life. Had to go with a Weber charcoal grill. Very satisfied

There’s a reason this grill has been around, virtually unchanged, since the 50’s. It’s simple, well built, and makes a heck of a burger.
