We have had this washer for a little over for a year and decided to use the agitator for the first time. We left our house like we have done so many times with a load of wash in and came home to the disaster that is in the photos below. Now I am not even sure if our washer is usable and we are right outside of the 1 year warranty. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this washing machine in February 2024, they asked me to give them my opinion about the washing machine, I thought I should wait until I tried it, now Sunday July 7th 2024 it just stopped working, it is too early for it to break down, I hope to speak to customer service And I hope you solve my problem as soon as possible. I also wanted to give my point of view, I think the Whirlpool washing machines of past years were the best, I know that one had to do almost everything manually, but the years went by and the washing machines worked like new.

I love wash an agitator gives our dirty farm clothes, BUT I love being about to take out the agitator to wash comforters and bulky blankets. This washer is the best of both worlds in one affordable machine!

This machine has been a huge disappointment. I’ve always had Whirlpool appliances and can’t believe how poorly this machine functions. Several of my clothes come out stained and had to be discarded. I had a repair person here and they said it’s because of lack of water so I always use large loads setting and it still happens. I’ve changed detergents and doesn’t make a difference.

Leaves white streaks on dark clothing even if you use deep water and second rinse , has no fabric softener dispenser and does not come with operation manual. Buyer’s remorse big time.

The washer is very noisy, does not have a buzzer when done, does not have a dispenser. I miss my clothes smelling good with the added touch in using liquid fabric softener. Very Disappointed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We really like this washer. It has a large drum and the removable agitator will work out great with comforters so it is the best of both worlds! Its simple design tells me that there are less digital workings which can go wrong. Our last washer had all the digital workings, yet never worked right digitally and wasn't easy to fix. Simplicity is best. That said, there should be a way to know when the washer is beginning a spin cycle. Maybe I haven't figured that out yet? There should be a manual included, or at least more thorough explanations in the online manual I found on the whirlpool.com website. I think this will be a workhorse and probably the best washer I've owned. I love to watch it wash. It spins great and the clothes so far our laundry has come out clean. I'm giving it 4 stars because I wish the manual was more accessible and complete and a lack of spin cycle indication. I don't use softeners in the wash but I may in the future. We haven't figured out the pause feature either (what buttons to press to restart the wash). By the way, I will never go back to a frontloader because the one we had got smelly around the door opening and took forever to wash. We've only had the washer a few weeks and have done a lot of loads and I can say so far so good! I'm sure we'll figure things out as we go . It really is a simplistic design which was what we were looking for.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased in December and apparently the pump has already gone out. I have a washer full of clothes and water and an error code F9E1. A quick search of this model and error code and there are lots of others in the same boat. Stay away from this model!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is easy to use, and does an excellent job of cleaning our clothes, but it so loud when it changes cycles and makes a missile sound that I called in a repairman. I was concerned that this model doesn't have a buzzer when it is done but you hear it stop.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the washer 3 weeks ago. This is the first time owning a Whirlpool. When I purchased the washer I was more interested in the size of the tub. It was an added bonus that it was a 2 in 1 where the agitator is removable, and that it has a faucet feature. However I neglected to look at the other features such as is there a timer for the wash, or do the lights lite up on the wash cycle and then the rinse cycle. But then again you really don’t notice these things until you have it plugged in and running. So for the most part I love it. The pros definitely outweigh the cons. But is all I knew is that I wanted a Whirlpool. Because I bought a GE in 2018 and in 2024 I had to buy a new washer. My Mother only ever owned Whirlpool but I guess at 65 I’m a slow learner.

I like the removable agitator as it provides options for different size and kinds of loads of laundry. The only feature that I would add to the current product is timing of the cycles. My last whirlpool washer had that and it was a great help in doing my laundry

Our clothes seem to as clean or cleaner than before. The ability to wash big comforters and remove the agitator comes in handy. So far so good. Now we’ll see about durability.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve had this for about 2 weeks and it does take some getting used to but it hold so many clothes, easy holds our king size comforter. It does make noise but it’s not anywhere near as loud as our old washer.

We bought this because of the size of the drum to wash our king comforter. It does take some getting used to because it doesn’t use near as much water as our old washer. Also love the removable agitator. Well worth the money. It’s also smaller than our old top load washer. Delivery service was awesome too! Only wish the agitator “fins” went all the way down.

AWFUL!!! Only problems since I bought it! From not cleaning my clothes to water not draining to motherboard to loud to not sensor not working it’s absolutely the worst purchase ever I’ve ever made!!! Horrible washer!
