I'm very happy with The Home Depot team and the Contractors on the job. Everyone was very professional and pleasant to wok with. The Home Depot stood behind their product and Contractors. I was pleasantly surprised when the cabinets arrived early.

Contractor and home depot kitchen designer are not communicating to be consistent of the whole process of installing the kitchen. They don't update me. I have to call both of them constantly since no organization to expedite the process. I expect quality work from home depot but it ends up frustration. My kitchen still not complete. My appliances was not even installed since Dec.4. We have no stove, refrigerator or microwave to have fresh and hot food in the house. I have to spend money for buying food in the restaurant to have a decent meals. I already received a bills and paid. My kitchen still no counter tops.No sink. No water. I have to wait until Jan. 4th to wait for the counter tops. After that, they have to schedule for the plumbing to install the faucet. In which they don't automatically arrange that. I have to be the one to update them to schedule it. By the time it will be completed it will be by February. The contractor only sending one person installing the cabinet. It is partial and missing a piece. My understanding was it is a group of people will complete my kitchen and it will be completed in 3-5 days that's why I was enticed to use Home depot. I thought I will have a my dream kitchen by Christmas. But unfortunately my dream Kitchen will not happen. I was so anxious due to the amount of money im paying here. If I call home depot kitchen department they don't pick up the phone. I always have to go to store to talk to someone. If the assigned kitchen designer not available, no one can help me. Im helpless. Hope someone will reach out to me. I demand to complete my kitchen before Christmas. Thank You, Gemma Dela Cruz
