I would one thousand percent work with Home Depot again my next big project. The experience was well beyond my expectations. The service I received during the design phase was extremely helpful. Then, the support and service we received while we were waiting for the delivery was spot on. They walked me through the entire process. There were no surprises. The installers were great, took great care of my home while they did their work and even allowed me to ask questions and make suggestions to ensure everything was the way we wanted it. My husband and I wanted Home Depot to oversee all of the segments related to the job but ended up having to micromanage and wait unrealistic time frames while paying twice as much as what we budgeted for. Home Depots software and pictures for kitchen rendering are so outdated looking compared to their competitors. Never enough people in departments working to answer pointed questions.
