I always shop at Home Depot over other home improvement stores because of the great customer service they provide. You can easily find a sales person around about every corner of the store willing to help you find what your looking for, and they’re all so polite, helpful and friendly! Plus they’re flowers are always healthy and fresh!

With the assistance from a Home Depot Agent whose name I forgot, she and I were able to create a look of aluminum and wood for the fence and rails. I am very excited how my Project is coming along. Thanks

On Jul 30, 2022, When I first started the flooring project at my house Ms. Dawn and Eric in the Flooring Department were very instrumental, answering all of my questions. And that helped me make my decisions to go with vinyl flooring. Ms. Dawn also went above and beyond to locate the flooring I had chose and got a gentleman to pull it from the top rack. She came to the Pro Loading Door to ensure I was able to get all boxes of flooring loaded. I don't recall the young man's name that pulled the flooring from the top shelf, but thanks to him as well and he and his co-worker for loading the materials in the back of the truck. Thanks to all HD employees involved. The Flooring Dept is a tight-knight team! Don't break up the TEAM!

Upon entering I was greeted with a smile. Additionally, Shamon and Lash were able to help me get my item and fully supported store policy for price matching. It made it so easy and convenient for me as a first time home owner. Will be coming back!

The worker Julio is the one to ask when you need help.

I just left the Douglas Blvd. Store in Douglasville Ga. The music playing throughout the store is not appropriate for the general public. the store was playing satanic music by AC/DC, including “Hells Bells” and “Girls, Girls, Girls.” I like rock and pop music, but as a Christian and parent, I find these songs totally offensive.

I never mind going to Home Depot. This place is awesome.

I came in searching for garden supplies. I was directed to gloves by one employee. Nice. I was able to be helped by another in the check out process. By the way, seeing the fresh lily bulbs is encouraging at the end of January!

I was so happy with the Douglasville Home Depot. There was an employee named Kiona who was simply amazing providing assistance and tremendous customer service. Truly this employee "rocks" and should be in a higher position in the company. Employees like Kionais a very rare commodity in this day and age. She represented Home Depot very well with kindness, respect, and outstanding customer service.

Was shopping was confronted in store by hd employee. Sha asked me to take a servey for chance for $25 home depot gift certificate so I did. Two days later I won them they want to send someone to my house for water test to get the certificate. That wasn’t mentioned. And when asked the lady that called she hung up on me.

Christina in hardware/tools went above and beyond to help us. She helped us locate an item that the same store different employees the night before didn't want to help us because they were closing in 20 minutes so they just told us it was sold out. Employees like Christina is why we shop Home Depot over any other stores.

I recently decided to make a candy cart. Everything I needed was at home depot. All the material was priced affordable and I am a happy camper. My shopping experience with Home Depot has always been great. Great products, prices and employees.

Douglasville HD employees make you feel right at home. So nice and friendly

I was looking for a bagster dumpster bag. The bagster is great for the fall or anytime of the year when you are in the yard and you need something to put raked leaves in that you’re hauling off to be dumped. I like to use it in the fall. I rake up all the fallen leaves and put them in my bagster and drag them to the end of my property and dump them in the woods. I like doing it that way and the bagster makes it easier for me to get it done the way I want it done. It’s not the fall of the year; otherwise, I would attach a video showing how I will use it.

Nina at the ProDesk took the time to listen to my needs and provided solutions to my problems and concerns, which resulted in a purchase of almost $5K because she helped me find and provided what I needed.

The employees at this location are excellent people that cares about their customer. The store is very clean and selves stay stocked. Marie (manager) went over and beyond with her customer service.

Our Sales Consultant, Stephanie, made the purchase of new refrigerator a real pleasure.

Always enjoy coming to the store

I quit shopping at Home Depot years ago due to the poor service and lack of customer care. After six years I thought it was time to see how my local store was doing as compared to the competitors. I spent a couple of hours relearning the new layout and was greeted by helpful and happy staffers at least a dozen times. Overall, I was impressed with how HD has improved its brand. Maybe it was just this one store. Impressive progress and management abound at Store #0143.
