Have been to the garden center numerous times over the last few weeks. Nveer receive andy helping loading heavy purchases. No one is friendly or helpful. Horrible experiences.

I come in to HomeDepot almost everyday and I just love how the material is always in good conditions. The quality and value of all the products I purchase are exceptional.

Do not buy pine straw here, has leaves and vines all through it! Bad stuff!

The customer service that my uncle and I received from the Home depot in Douglasville, Ga was impeccable. My uncle relocated here from California about six months ago and when we entered the store a Beautiful older lady with silver hair greeted us with a smile and also asked if we needed assistance. He walked in as if he had been living here all his life. We proceeded to the plumbing section and needed assistance. A young lady in her thirties with dread pulled out her scanner and assisted us with a smile. I was happy with the price of the item that was purchased and Uncle Bo installed it with ease. Great energy is everything. Thank you for having fabulous employees. They are greatly appreciated.

Dorothy and her manager are great they took the time to help me and answered all my questions.

On 3/2/2022, I visited Home Depot to purchase a Ring doorbell system. Shelly assisted me with this purchase. She was professional, informative and attentive. I will definitely be returning for future projects.

I am a new gardener who went to Home Depot to find gardening items to begin seeding and planting. Immediately upon entering the garden center I was greeted by an employee who walked with me until I located every item on my list he was pleasant and very helpful this made my shopping experience very pleasant considering I had no idea what I was looking for. Great customer service, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Everyone is willing and eager to help customers and go the extra mile to locate merchandise for consumers. Keith in the garden department was exceptionally nice and went over and beyond to help us with our purchase. We had a very pleasant and rewarding customer experience at this store

Home Depot is a short walk from my office so I like to go there to check out the latest tools and grills. I get my cleaning supplies and other items there. It's always well stocked with the things that I need.

Shelly made me feel so welcomed I never do the surveys but she said let us know how we can improve so I had to do and to say get more of her and you will be number 1

I was treated good and found all the products I needed. My cashier was friendly and helped me with self check out

The leaf blower I purchased will help me throughout the year since my front lawn and backyard is filled with trees. Nice Homedepot had a good selection.

It is very pleasant to actually be greeted by an employee that acknowledges your presence in the store and offers you assistance!

Been going to this home depot for many many years and has steadily been going down hill till black friday this year when the assistant manager went above and beyond

We got lots of friendly help while making a purchase of a microwave.

I went in to this home depot about a week ago and was amazed by the positive attitude the employees had and didn’t have a problem helping me out. One cashier, Michael, stood out to me the most on how he was really happy to help and at the same time asking others if they were ready to check out and guiding them through the process at the self checkout.

The Cashier at Self-Checkout, Michael, he was awesome. Friendly, professional, attentive, and quick.

The employees were friendly from beginning to end. The woman who helped me find a lawnmower and leaf blower, was knowledgeable and extremely helpful. The cashier Tamara and also Vickie, went above and beyond in helping to resolve my issue with my new credit card member discount and purchase. I am so thankful for everyone for "good service". Outstanding store.

If you are ever in the Douglasville area and need any help at this location especially in the flooring Department please ask for Miss Dawn she was amazing. From start to finish she assisted me even though I wasn't really sure the exact amount I needed. She was very concerned about me getting the right amount she was willing to wait for me to figure it out so that I got it right. For that I'm grateful her personality is of someone who's caring and more than willing to help :-)

I love shopping at this location, because the staff is friendly, helpful. The shelves are well stocked, but most of all as a woman ,the staff load my vehicle with a smile and a Thank You priceless!!:)
