I bought this Ryobi High Performance Pet Stick Vac as part of Ryobi's Free Tool deal. It was the promotion model. They were out of that model. So an exceptional employee subbed this one for the out of stock model. That's going the extra mile for your customer!

I was helped at the checkout counter by Matt, a man with special needs who was also in a wheelchair. He asked me if I found everything I was looking for and I responded yes sir, I did. As he struggled to write his name on the receipt, it made the purchase even more important because of the challenges he faces on a daily basis. This is my home store and I will seek Matt out anytime I'm shopping there. Thank you for hiring folks like Matt and giving him a chance at gainful employment!!

doing several projects at home and on charge of getting the materials my visits to home depot turned to be constantly. i was surprised by the approach of great and professional customer services.

Had a store manager not discount a clearance item since it had been opened as you could see paint drips on outside of can.

Our kitchen designer, Anastasios Skarpelis, made our experience flawless from start to finish. We couldn’t have done it without him. He is kind, hardworking, and incredibly helpful. We would definitely work with him again in the future and plan to recommend him to anyone that needs help.

This Home Depot constantly changes in both landscape dept and other depts. I love their great deals on plants and appliances. This is my 7th home and we love to go with Home Depot. I was new to East Cobb in 2017 and moved within East Cobb in 2020 just because the services at this store and nearby merchants was so fantastic. Every Policy is not the best, but overall best employees.

I ordered 4 Husky welded cabinets and when they came in, 2 were so badly damaged I wouldn't accept them. So I had to return them and reorder. And they are special order so it's a week minimum. Once the next wave came in, they were also damaged and I denied them at the store. This happened 2 more times over the last 6 weeks and I still don't have everything I need for the 4 cabinets. However, customer service was amazing. Anna and Willie up front were extremely helpful, especially Anna. She actually helped me every single time I had to do a return and reorder. Honestly the problem was either shipping or the manufacturer not putting all the parts inside the cabinets. But their customer service is great. Just remember the people up front aren't responsible for everything, they just help the best they can everytime.

This is my first and only stop for needs for the home and yard. Your choices are phenomenal! And your workers are very helpful to a single, older lady!

BEST PLACE TO GATHER PLANTS AND BUY GARDEN MATERIALS

Bob, in the gardening tools section, went above and beyond to find the sale item I had been searching for at other Home Depots all day. He climbed up high and searched until he found the single one that was in stock at this store. He is a credit to his employer!

We had problems in other Home Depot with an order and Willie at this location made everything possible with an incredible Customer Service. I can not say enough.

On the same shopping trip I got extra good help in opposite parts of the store. One was about price tags were missing at the racks where 4 fence items were kept. An associate quickly solved that. Then a cashier helped my find a torn bag of pebbles to get me thru checkout line when I would have been $1.50 short (marked down by another associate).

Well stocked and all employees very helpful all the time I have visited.
