Chuck House was AWESOME in helping me find the right beginning tool box for my new house. Being a female, I know not too much about these things and was amazed at his expertise!

I got lumber for my deck and Gaby from Pro desk helped me with the material identification and gave excellent tips for my DIY project

I typically do not know where in the store to go to look for a particular item. Staff is always helpful and will most times walk me over to the aisle to be sure I can find the product.

One of our family traditions is for all of us to go to find the perfect Christmas tree. Every year without fail, the annual family Christmas tree hunt begins. This year, we stopped at a couple of places that were selling trees. The trees were priced outrageously expensive, what a disappointment! We decided to go to Home Depot. The trees at Home Depot were just beautiful, very fresh and lots to choose from. Thank you for not being the Scrooge that stole Christmas! And yes, I give Home Depot all my business!!!

Julie at the Merchants Walk Home Depot helped me by telling me exactly where an item was when I was frustrated I could not find it. She told me exactly where to look and held up my checkout so I could finish my transaction. Her contagious positive attitude makes shopping there enjoyable. Thank you Julie and than you Home Depot!

With the help of a great Home Depot employee I purchased a miter saw and table saw - and I am so happy with the quality and ease of operation.

I don't always get what I want at HD but most of the employees are usually polite and will go out of their way to help.

I bought at this shop frequently and i am so happy when staff at store always say hello and thank you. They always smile event at the end of the day.

Over 11 years, Dave has never let me down. I remodeled 3 bathrooms thanks to him. And every plumbing need/repair I had, he was able to address, no matter what. Thank you Dave.

The personnel in the store are top shelf; from electrical to plumbing to the outdoor crew, We’re lucky to have them in East Cobb. Many of the staff have multiple badges, reflecting many years experience.

Garden area and main check out associates are very rude, unhelpful and disinterested in customers. The garden area clerk said he would check me out, but at 8:10pm he was gone and gate closed. I pushed my cart with 700# of material to the front area and full service clerks were too busy in personal conversations to assist me. Did self check out. As I was leaving the self check monitor clerk said to have a good day in a condescending, sarcastic tone. I replied that it would have been a better day if the garden center stayed open as promised. She just laughed. Sorry service and apathetic employees.

The store was clean, and every employee I encountered was very friendly and went out of her/his way to help me. The selection is good and the items are well-stocked. But the most important thing is good employees who never are surly or patronizing, and this store has them.

Unfortunately, I was stung by a wasp on my neck while shopping in Outside Gardening. Could have happened anywhere. When I was checking out, I asked a Home Depot staff person to take a look at the site of the sting. She proceeded to tell me the stinger was still there and asked me, very politely, if she could pull it out. I said yes please do! A very unusual thing. I leaned down and she pulled the wasp stinger out. WAY ABOVE what was required of her but exactly what I needed! Thanks!

My experience trying to register my warranty online was so bad, I won't be buying one again in the future.

I enjoy shopping at this Home Depot store. It is clean, well stocked, and the employees are friendly.

I had to have part of a lumber order replaced. Savannah, a manager, was quickly able to handle the replacement order. Later, when I needed some more timbers and they were out due to the unusual high demands for lumber products, Savannah and Champion, another manager, were able to quickly give me a satisfactory replacement using different lumber lengths than my first order. On other past visits to this store, I have always been able to find someone to give me good advice and/or provide assistance with my particular project and/or purchases.

The best store around. The people who work there are always friendly and very helpful. The store is well organized.
