Was walked over by a worker to find exactly what we needed

I have been building a privacy fence and putting in a new garden at my new property and I've needed lots of things from home Depot. So the place seema a little chaotic at times but it seems to be the case at a lot of places these days. Keep on keeping on don't know what I would do without you home Depot.

Flowers outside or dead they need watering terribly other than the women the men by the Mulch are more than rude I will never go back there never

Had a pipe cut and threaded right in store, what a convenience, Great Help from Logan in Plumbing

I needed to find an appropriate piece of plywood and have it custom cut. A young store associate helped find and determine what would work for my needs and did the custom cutting. Then a very polite and accommodating young man helped to my car and loaded the wood exactly as I asked. Very helpful store associates!

Bobby delivered excellent customer service in the 'area rugs' section. He was very attentive and answered any questions I asked. If he didn't know an answer he promptly checked into finding an answer. He helped me get a better view of an area rug I was interested in. I felt like he genuinely cared about good cutomer service and he showed it.

I've been coming to this location for years now, as long as I can remember it seems every staff member is more than willing to help in any way. I enjoy shopping here and they make it easy to do so. Appreciate you all there and I'm sure I will be back multiple times this month

I waited 2 long hours to pickup an item I paid for the day before. Workers are extremely slow. How disappointing.

I enjoy The Home Depot. The clerks are always friendly and helpful. Can always find what I am looking for and I enjoy the season sections.

The entire staff is friendly, helpful and attentive, asking if you need help finding something. We had to replace a LOT of things after a house fire and have dealt with a number of businesses, but Home Depot is by far our favorite. They have gone above and beyond to make sure everything works out and that we are happy; the lower prices, the expedited cabinetry, the altered delivery dates for appliances, the refunding and re-buying everything to make it all happen smoothly, everything. We could not be more pleased, or recommend them more highly.

I find this location to be awesome. The employees provide excellent customer service and are well informed about the store products and provide expertise about small home repair projects.

I researched a new toilet 2 weeks ago & was given specific information in installing a toilet for a disabled person. Installation was quick & neatly done.

The Racine store is great. I especially enjoy the indoor and outdoor garden area!

I can get a bit lost and overwhelmed with home improvement stores but I got lucky this last visit. Frankie was there for me and made sure I got all that I needed. Then Hussein took his time to help me get the rest for my project. Finally, April helped me checkout and bag. I had such a great experience at the store today, I absolutely had to get their names and write a review, which I rarely do. Thank you for your time and your help, Home Depot-Racine.

The employees in this store consistently go out of their way to offer advice and help. Prefer to shop here because of this

We picked out our floor tile for our kitchen but after painting, the paint was just right but the tile didn't look good. I went to Home Depot that afternoon and found a new tile. After running a sample home and deciding on the new tile, Orlando the manager was able to schedule the new tile to be delivered the next morning and pick up the other tile. The new tile was there in time for our floor tile man who came that afternoon to tile the floor.

In a time where customer service seems to be a thing of the past, it was great to be personally helped not just directed to what aisle the product is in (or in some big box stores ignore all together). Definitely reflects the management's pride in their store. Employees reflect the example they are shown.

I purchased an appliance set previously that I needed help with and found a very helpful lady at customer service. I wish I remembered her name. Today I purchased a Christmas tree and also had some friendly and helpful service

Only one check out clerk on a Saturday night with a long line! Sad customer service!

Was not allowed to pickup my on-line order under the covered entrance to the store during heavy rain. The clerk at the Contractors end of the store told me that pickups could only be made under the uncovered entrance to the store. I found out later that she and her supervisor were wrong. I got very wet loading 9 boxes of carpet squares in the rain when it was not necessary.
