Franky was great. He was right there to answer questions and help get the locked up items I needed. Donna was also great. Both were very friendly and personable with smiles on their faces the whole time.

Was able to get my toilet put in when it looked like it wasn't going to happen. Thank you for all you did to make it possible.

Autumn and Melissa in the Paint Department were awesome! Even though there was a constant stream of customers, they were very friendly, patient and helpful to everyone that stopped for help. In a time where it's hard to find people to give great service with a smile, these two knocked it out of the park and it was greatly appreciated! Great job, ladies! Thank you again!

I recently bought two pieces of machinery need for a home project. Our Racine Depot had exactly what I needed and at the best price. I can always count on them for anything from landscaping needs to hardware.

I would like to mention that Kaleb at the Racine store is a great asset to your store. He was very friendly and totally knowledgeable. He was able to answer all of our questions instantly regarding our products and handled setting up a new charge account. Also, reminded us about the 11% online rebate that is available on our sizable purchase.

An employee named Dominic was absolutely amazing to me! I have major heart issues and autism and he kept up in conversation so much with me, I walked in the store feeling absolutely defeated almost in tears today and walked out feeling so much better because of him! He was so kind, caring and compassionate! I’ve never met someone like him and now being a home owner I will never shop at another store for home items

I bought eight LED light fixtures that had a five-year warranty. They failed in five months. After trying to deal with the manufacturer more than eight times, the Home Depot gave me equal credit towards purchase of other items.

I told Nick the part I needed and he walked me right to it. Simply the best experience I've ever had at Home Depot.

Going in for a 3rd time for one order that kept getting damaged, Crystal was helpful, engaging, and made a miserable experience not only bearable, but actually enjoyable. We drove 40 extra minutes to work with the team at the Racine, WI Home depot because their team was so friendly and customer service oriented! As a result, they earned $15,000 of our home renovation funds, and we aren't done yet.. Thanks to the team for making a big project much easier!

Bought painting supplies and then some. Couldn't praise the quality of their people enough, excellent service.

I ordered carpeting eligible for 5 day install, my initial quote included the $149 for 5 day install, I told the person that did the measurements I wanted a 5 day install. I took vacation time to be available for the install. I could not see the final quote because they sent it via text message, so it was too small to read and not available to re-read after I paid. I did not receive a receipt, order number or any communication regarding the install after I paid. I found out 2 days later they did not include the 5 day install after getting the run around from customer service. The Home Depot representative at the Racine Home Depot was very rude when I called and refused to honor the 5 day install. I will not go back to Home Depot again.

I have found expensive Makita tool kits at prices that were delightful when they were on clearance. It almost made me feel guilty. I bought a drill & impact driver set as a gift for some teenage friends In Boston because the clearance price was quite reasonable & to encourage developing their wood working skills.

If you need security alarms, motion detection lights, gun safes for your weapons/ ammo, and reinforced steel bars to protect yourself from cryptids: Bigfoot, Dog Men and skin walkers then this Home Depot is the place to shop! Finally I can sleep at night without worrying about these monsters breaking into my home since they've already taken five bear dogs, forty chickens, three heads of cow, and my deceased pig wife!

Needed help in paint department. Zack really knew the products
