I had employees who did not want to help, one who said he dia not want to learn and a manager who would not honor the deals offered.

Jose Morales has a can do attitude and helped me several times so made my visit a good experience. The manager Dannielle Tiley helped me also...good manager. Kat at checkout very pleasant

Everyone was so friendly especially the young man by the name “Frankie” who was the 1st person who greeted me as I walked in. I didn’t need the service he was providing and he still had a smile and wished me a good day.

With this crazy heat, I needed a new portable A/C for my father. The Home Depot website showed this available at the Rancho Mirage store, but I couldn't find it myself. Chris from Plumbing was called. He found that the units had just arrived and were still on the trailer. But he offered to look and see if it was easily available. A few mins later, he's rolling one down to me. This amazing type of customer service is rare these days. Chris is a great representative of Home Depot and I'll continue to come to this location for my needs. Thanks, Chris!

Helpful employees. always find what I'm looking for

So you closed self check out to have one register open. What you haven’t considered is that most of your customers are either contractors or they work for contractors. Paying my guys to stand in line is not acceptable. If your going to close self checkout you need to have every register open ALL DAY.

Home Depot is my go-to-store for all things related to needs for our home. I go there because all employees are friendly and willing to help.

Eric the supervisor was great in solving my issue. I purchased an item with a GC but I had to return it within the hour and I thought it’d go back on the same GC but instead it was a store credit. When I asked to have the refund put back on a GC like I paid for the store cashier got a little defensive and start arguing with me. I asked for a manager then Eric the supervisor came. He actually showed me in writing the store policy. Eric apologized several times and went above and beyond that and gave me a credit of $50 toward my purchase for the inconvenience. Way to go Eric A+++ on customer service

Carpet install was a disaster, it did not happen and never will this Home Depot , the subcontractors are the worst and no support from Home Depot

I was in the market for a bathroom tub and had visited another store and got NO HELP! So I went to Home Depot and wandered into the tub department, found a sales person, told him what I needed. Joe D was knowledgeable, so helpful, and helped me pick out the right tub! Thank you!!! I was so impressed by this exceptional customer service I told the Manager! Very few salespersons are this helpful anymore!!! I told the manager, Joe D deserves a raise! Thank you!

The customer service at the Rancho Mirage Home Depot is excellent. There is always someone available to help, and they don't just point to where a product is - they take me there and help me to be sure I find exactly what I am looking for.

I bought lamante flooring 3 weeks ago, the installer told me they cant do it, I check it it was ok So I go to return the installation fee, they couldnt help me, so when they found out how to do it they try to give me less than I paid for it. I was told by the asst manager she couldnt do it because I had to return all . I told her I would be back with all of it they told me I have to wait till tommorrow because they computer glitch .

I added a courtyard and needed to find a new lock. I had a new entry lock added. When I got home, I realized that they didn't match, old was brass, new was antiqued brass. I decided to return and buy new locks for the rest of the house. I could not find the match but Joe was able to re-key my new locks to the same key I had already purchased. Joe has worked in the locksmith trade and his expertise was invaluable. I will return to Home Depot again due to the helpfulness and expertise Joe provided.

My latest purchases were for home use. Utility knives etc. The cashier (Loretta/Rhett) made the experience friendly and fun!!

Easy to park and shop. Store is clean, well organized, and well stocked. Employees are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about their products. It's a pleasure to shop in the Rancho Mirage store.

At approximately 8pm I entered your store. I did not receive a greeting as I am accustomed to however, what stands out for me during this visit is your male cashier in “Self service “… Not only was he extremely pleasant and professional he accompanied me to my car and assisted me as I loaded my items inside. What a GREAT DEMONSTRATION OF CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Outstanding customer service by Shane and Tony in the Mill Department! They both were patient, articulate and very professional. Most importantly, they were knowledgeable about the products and happy to assist my husband and I. Great experience!
