Would not recommend this store due to a very mean and unpleasant cashier linda she has twice given me a difficult time because she dont know how to input my boss's company I work for tax exempt I'd number she she yelled at me very rude as if I didn't give her the correct I'd number so she call a head cashier and the head cashier did input my i:d number with no problem linda maid me feel like it was my fault and she shouldn't do that to customers I left this store today with a horrible feeling like I do dont want to return to this store because of her

Jim at the return desk was helpful and made me smile when I was having a bad day. Really appreciate when you shop and the employees at the store do more than just their jobs.

Store was great. Had the items I needed and everyone helped me get what I needed quickly. Jim at the service desk helped me on the computer find what I needed and with a smile and a joke sent me to the location of where the items I needed were located, all with a genuine smile. Will be coming back soon to finish my project and will say "Hey!" to Jim.

Tina and Lisa in flooring could not have been more helpful! I was so pleased with their option and kindness. It is my first big renovation project in my first home and it meant so much to me to have people help me stay with my budget and guide to the product I was looking for. They always remembered me when I would come in the make changes and trust me I made a lot but they always helped with a smile on their face!

All the employees were quick and efficient and quite knowledgeable regarding the items on our list and the location of same.. We left extremely happy with the friendly and courteous employees.

Store employees' rating: 5 out of 5! Wish I could say the same for Hampton Bay lights. Bought two solar LEDs, and both failed. Fortunately Jim and Arceli, two employees, made it right when the Hampton Bay help line wouldn't come through. I got an immediate refund! This level of care from the Home Depot team is what keeps me coming back!

MY EXPERIENCE AT THE RANCHO MIRAGE HOME DEPOT IS CLEAN, FRIENDLY EMPLOYEE'S THAT KNOW THEIR MERCHANDISE AND KNOW WHERE IT IS LOCATED. IT'S EASY TO CHECK OUT, EASY TO MAKE RETURNS AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE DESK IS THE BEST.

My local HD is in Yucca Valley. The customer service is terrible there! I came to HD rancho mirage in hopes to get better service. Ruben from paint was exceptional! He was polite, professional, and GENUINE! Wow! I can't remember the last time I have experienced customer service at this level! This gentlemen needs a promotion and a raise! I will make the drive the drive every time to get this level of service. Watch out HD, if you don't take care of this young man, I WILL make him a job offer! Ruben from paint stopped what he was doing. He looked up an item for us. He walked over with us to the location of the item, not just pointed his fingers to signal directions. He went over the benefits of each of my options. He inquired about my project and left it to us to decide after recommendations. Lastly, he showed us the app where it says how to locate item in the store. Staffing makes all the difference! Your associates are who we see and talk to when we are in store. Take care of them so that they could take care of us. Just this experience alone, makes me want to return. This gentlemen is GENUINE! You can feel it when you speak to him. His body language and his demeanor make you feel like you can ask questions without eye rolls. I've visited many HD's none of which I have written a review about because they were not worth my time. This one Is!

My shopping experience was easy in and easy out. As soon as the cashier line got busy another cashier was called, so I finished my shopping trip quickly. I found every item that I needed for my garden project.

Never had I used power tools and needed help learning. Diego opened a box and taught me how to use a dremel which was needed for a project. I appreciate his patience and desire to help me. Employees from this store have always been helpful from gardening to plumbing. Thank you

The Staff is wonderful. And Fernado was wonderful if it hadn't been for him finding our Checkbook in the Electric cart we would have been lost.

Out of all of our three Home Depots in our Coachella Valley I feel this one has the best employees that go way beyond their duties to make sure that your project gets done and if I do it myself they help
