June 17 2023, I walked in to pickup charcoal that was on sale. Little did I know several employees would make that visit one I'd never forget. Thanks for going above and beyond to help me with what many would think insignificant yet took time to make sure I was taken care of and treated as if I had just spent $500K! St Augustine.. Go shop at in my opinion the number one Home Depot in the USA!

I ordered a grill online for my husband for Father’s Day. Checked the assemble button so he wouldn’t have to on FATHERS DAY. I get to curbside and no one ever comes out. The app says sit back and relax. What a joke. So I call and no one answers. After about 20 minutes I go in the store. To find one customer service lady working incredibly slow. So when two other employees show up behind the counter I say can I get some help or a manager and the man ignores me until I continue to ask him for help and he says “I cannot help you”. Just wow! The second guy walks over and says do you have problem? I tell him what’s going on he tries to help. Pulls out my grill in a box not assembled. And tells me NO assembly people are there today. Again wow. They gave me money off and I went home with a grill my husband now gets to assemble himself. Terrible experience

A true shopping experience: shelves filled, assistance from kind and friendly people throughout the store; plenty of parking and carts; huge facility -- you will LOVE visiting this store!

I shopped with my dog (inside the store) on my recent visit, as it was too hot to leave her in my car. Many employees, and customers alike, stopped to ask about my beautiful girl (a retired racing greyhound) and asked for permission to pet her. When I needed help in finding items, it was very easy to find a Home Depot employee in an orange apron to help me.

It may be a smaller size store, but they stay pretty well stocked.

Staff is always available and able to answer questions.

I bought a LED Bathroom Vanity light and Michael the Lighting Manager was so helpful and understanding of my concerns and questions.

I have a whole house remodel project for a client which needs tiles for 5 bathrooms and 3 fireplace surrounds/walls. The selection was great.

Andy at the Saint Augustine Home Depot had the expertise and knowledge to help me. Andy went out of his way to assist me and solved my home improvement problem. I know Home Depot is proud to have employees like Andy.

Be sure to go online and check the isle number the item is located on and the quantiity is greater than two. Of not the item my not really be at the store. It has happened to me so many times. Other than that, is a great store.

Could not find what I needed. An employee from another department assisted and spent lots of time and would not give up. She found what I had to have right then.

Bought pluming and irrigation parts

Customer service has definitely improved over a short few months. I was assisted by Dano in the paint department. He is very professional, listens to my problem and what I am trying to do and assists me by taking me directly to the product I need to take care of my project. I was told a man named Michael recently took over the management at this Home Depot. He has made a big difference in the customer service. Thank you Michael...

I loved speaking to Crystal Rodriguez at the water treatment company Rainsoft she was a joy and was so helpful and courteous, Clayton the installer was awesome at his job and they both deserve an extra kudos for their patience with me during my experience with the water softenor company. I love the Rainsoft equipment and am very happy i purchased it because of my experience with these two employees.

Margie yelled at my kids for sitting on the display patio furniture from across the store. They were just sitting and she yelled to get their shoes off the furniture even though (if she were close enough to see) their feet were hanging off not even touching the chair. She’s also told me my child is required to be held or sit in a cart rather than hold my hand and walk because it’s a store rule. She’s also told me I could not come down an aisle she was stocking items on (nothing big or dangerous and the aisle was not blocked off). She’s just rude for no reason and has made my kids cry more than once.

I visited today for a few items and noticed how friendly and helpful the employees were. Self check-out was quick!

Lumber purchases and cutting plywood and or long length lumber to size is well supported

Store employee, Margie, went out of her way to assist us. She was efficient and a pleasure to work with.

The delivery and installation team were excellent. Friendly, knowledgable, timely…they knew their stuff.

Sometimes, I find products in the end cap displays that I didn't know I needed, until I saw the display.

I rarely bring anything back, however, if and when I do, It is so fast and hassle free and the cashier makes it easy for me.

I purchased an under the counter light and was satisfied with the price and quality of the product. Product was easy to install and works great providing sufficient light for the work area.

I did a online order that was fulfilled by the St.Augustine store. The delivered a grill that was visibly missing parts and had dent on the top that was rusted. I had to pay for another grill before they would send a replacement which I shouldn’t have to do since they sent a grill that was missing parts. When the replacement grill arrived the next day it was also missing parts so I sent it back and still haven’t seen the refund for the second grill I returned.

Went in to purchase several items. I think they were out of stock, couldn't find an associate to ask. Went to check out for the items we did purchase, no cashiers!!! I do not get paid by Home Depot and I do NOT want to use "self" check. That is a terrible way to do business - if you don't have enough cashiers, the manager should get on a register.

I had purchased a front door and i had great success with Stephen. He has always helped me in the past. He's very knowledgeable and not afraid to work. I also had the pleasure of Maritza who helped me do a return of an item. She made it a smooth transaction.

I recently bought a refrigerator and my salesman was Martin Oja-Dunaway. He was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and eager to do a good job!

Everyone i talked tl was very helpful and informative
