I found everything I needed and associates were helpful!

Always greeted at the beginning of our shopping and Always given the best customer service experience ever. It's a one stop shop. We just recently bought a house and have been able to get all our needs at this location and expertise help.

Got in, Got what I came for and Got out so I could "Get R Done"

I came in looking for a quartless hammer drill and I was helped by a associate named Virgil which I was very impressed with because of his product knowledge. He had patience by Listening to me and help me With Selecting the Right tool to do the right job the 1st time

I had a good experience with an employee that should be recognized her name is Ber. I also have an issue with employees that do not have a capability to open the items that are locked up. It would be nice if the employees had more keys to unlock items to make the satisfying although this is not a big deal, Home Depot is awesome.

Every time I go there the customer service sucks, employees walk by you like you don't exist. They don't mind talking to each other or the phones. And customers get ignored I've witnessed it and experience this.

Every couple months, I have to purchase a new appliance for one of the rentals that I’m working in. The crew in the appliance department is absolutely fantastic and always on top of their game.

I always leave my items In the store and pick up later

2 day review. I came in on day one and asked several questions. Day 2 came back and made the purchases after reviewing products online. Igor, Dan and Pam were all the folks I worked with and each of them were fabulous.

Going to 10 different HDs depending on where I’m at around town, Thunderbird is one of, if not the easiest to get in and out of with everything you need. Always nice employees to help you unlock tools and get you checked out rather than waiting for an hour and a person never showing up to your aisle.

Everything I buy at the store,is used for all repairs of our apartment complexes And if it's not available we can order it@

I only have a small space to write unfortunately. All I can say is this store has a remarkable staff. The customer service is so caring and out of their way helpful. Have not see customer service this outstanding in a long time. Thank you guys for your help.

Shout out to the wonderful gentlemen at the Christmas Tree lot. You need assistance with a Christmas Tree go see Saul, TJ, Ivan, and August.

I went in a couple days ago and had some help from Samyel who works at the customer service area who is their service lead. He was very helpful and super kind, super knowledgeable. Would definitely go back.

We bought pavers for Home improvement and had great customer service from Michele and Julia in Customer Service Dept and from Lorna, Ron and Tim in the Garden area. They all went above and beyond for us.

This store was so awesome to work with. I was able to get a price match for an item I bought six days ago and just dropped $80 in price. Julia was just terrific to work with and I left with a nice credit to my Home Depot credit card. Thank you.

I’ve been going to this home depot since i was a kid and my pops used to bring me in with him. at a point i even did the children’s workshop! This store has always felt like home to me!
