Mine home depot #0468, customer always are the best, they help you with kindness and always know to find all items, when i ask for help. the store always clean inside and the parking lot too. many time i need to go with customer service line, they work fast, they know their job. Man in lighting dept was NOT helpful at all. He acted as if I was just bothering him... Older man blondish skinny little man. That was my 2nd visit to that dept. same rude guy....

Very unsafe during covid, registers need scanners to be used but they are not cleaned after and the dieses can be spread, associate's do not wear gloves

Rude manager, hassle free not true

This is my local Home Depot store. I shop here because of convenience as well as trust. Employees are helpful though I wish that most of them would be more outwardly friendly. A home improvement store is innately an uncomfortable situation for a person like me--very mature, female, somewhat handicapped, and not very experienced in construction or tools. I am an active multi-media crafter, and I enjoy woodworking projects. This store has adequate staffing, and I believe that care is taken when recruiting employees. I appreciate that motorized carts are available and charged most of the time. I rely on the advice of employees. I commend Sue in Customer Service, Aaron in lumber, and Will, who seems to know everything (or admits it when he does not know--a valuable characteristic). Hats off to these folks!

Staff was not helpful, I had to go outside (105* degrees) to check for the information of the item O want to purchase myself. They were too busy to do it, neither 3 employees could give me an answer and 30 minutes later manager Pablo showed up. I purchased the item then he sent me outside again to get more information of the item myself. 20 minutes later he told me that the item I just purchased is the wrong one and he has to return my money or pay the difference. He never apologize no word just a look. What kind of customer service is that?! I will never return to this store.

The cashier jacinta. Has been more then helpful. I was looking for a floor fan. She went out of her way. And left her post to find me a fan i wanted. I had 2 big doggies with me so i couldnt carry the fan. So she offered me a shopping cart. Now that's customer service. Thank you jacinta. From the gentleman that had the 2 big rotties on Sunday. You were a tremendous helpie helperton lol

I was offended that this store has lots of signage about social distancing, etc., but does not require employees to wear masks. The manager says he doesn't believe in "it." I don't care. My safety is placed in jeopardy by the phoney "show" of concern. I think Home Depot corporate leadership should require masks for employees. If not all, at least store managers should be required to wear them. That way, employees who are willing to wear them would not be ridiculed by others. Very disappointed in Home Depot!

This store always seems to have great assistance by its employees. I was assisted by two different employees that asked if I needed assistance before I had to ask them. Also usually neat and orderly.

Considering the seriousness of the virus situation, i was not expecting much on this visit, i did have a very specific shopping list, once in the store, the staff and people were friendly and smiling, probably glad to be at work and not stuck at home isolating or sick.

This store had exceptional customer service. We had placed a large $8K order on their same as cash program. Devin in Millwork, went above and beyond getting everything placed on the order and helped me personally several days later with issues about the order and financing. Ken in windows with his expertise on the products was fantastic. Keelin in appliances and Cambrea in cabinets were wonderful too. TJ, the manager helped find a lost gift card that had a lot of money on it and saved my sanity by reviewing the security cameras.

Always good except when you write out your paint order and hand it to Antonio at the paint desk. He will refuse to read it and demand you read it to him. In this new reality of wearing masks to prevent the spread of a virus I attempted to make things easier by writing out my paint order. I know that's not the process he was trained to use but it is a valid form of communication. What I'm saying is that Antonio has a problem his manager should address.

I couldn’t get “customer service “ to understand that I needed help and it took them over a half hour to get somebody to help me buy a swamp cooler and then another half hour to get it down and to the registers. Very disappointed and not the first time it has happened at that store. Unfortunately it’s the closest HD to my house but when I get the chance I go to other ones first.

Manager David runs a great store as evidenced by the employees.

Everyone we encountered was knowledgeable when we asked for item locations.

Late night visit to purchase ceramic tile for 2 bathrooms. Jessie in the tile department was absolutely the best ever! She knows the store and especially her department. She calculated everything for us and suggested grout colors and computed quantity needed. Jessie, you are the best! Thank you for such professional customer service!

At times the employees close down 3 isles to get product down even though no customer is waiting on the product. Other times, they get a product down and forget to open the isles back up. They need to be more helpful to customers looking for product, rather than closing isles to get more product available.
