Please acknowledge the manager who trained these employees. This store is outstanding for ethics, training and teamwork. Please promote and share the education program with these employees, so you can keep all of them. You're blessed with a wonderful group of employees, and I felt safe. Please acknowledge them as a team they made my shopping experience great and I came home and called my friends and shared with them about the new mop bucket Daisy convinced me to buy. The one with two buckets I did not know existed.

Love Home Depot but today trued to call THREE different stores close to me to.olace a large client phone order. Got dropped twice, placed on hold in the phone puzzle palace for 10 minutes. Running a business dies not allow a supplier to just not answer. Call me back, fine... but not answer at theee different Pro Desks??? Management is not staffing this critical department well. I can't be the only one!

My husband and I were so thankful for the knowledge and help we received from Gabriel in Mill Works. He went above and beyond with ensuring we had all the correct products and tools to get the job done. Thanks to his help we feel confident in our DIY upgrades.

I had made a purchase of a large container of Chlorine Tablets & was assisted by store mgr. Jeff who not only assisted me with my purchase but went above & beyond by coming out to the parking lot, lifting the 35# container & placing it into the trunk of my car. The whole transaction really touched our hearts as to how we were treated. Excellent service.

I like coming to this Home Depot I know where everything is at it’s quick easy people are cool hey I got no issues :)

Since moving to Arizona, this has been the singularly worst Home Depot I have ever gone to, sadly it is by far the closest to me. Stock is alway haphazard except for tools and hardware so check the app for stock and be prepared to search the area for the things you are looking for….it is probably not where it is labeled. Plumbing and Lumber are probably the worst, while gardening and tools seem to typically be the best and on par with the best Home Depot’s I’ve been to. That they seem to have not stocked their evaporative cooler equipment till late July in Phoenix is very telling.

My cashier Anna was very helpful and nice.

On evening of 5/31/22 at Phx 2650 W TBird store, I experienced mjr difficulties w/a ProLine prepaid order & p/u via CustServ. LONG story, spare boring details… Due to recent surgery, unable to enter store & get product myself; unfortunately, HD App doesn’t allow this product as a curbside p/u. Workaround is ProLine order & CustSev doing Will/Call p/u. Always a bit of drama w/these p/u’s, but once you get right person who understands, goes pretty smoothly. On this occasion, was a total disaster, until Drew walked out to help… He found a new pallet of product & loaded into vehicle, but what was really outstanding was his unfailing courtesy, kindness & occasional appropriate humor. Also notable, was that store was signif understaffed that day/evening & it had undoubtedly been a long/tough shift. People like this are what keeps HD customers coming back - Thanks Drew!!!

I have always loved this Home Depot but today they surpassed my expectations! Luis in lumber helped me with a large project and he did it with joy. He was helpful and kind and worked hard to get the project results I needed. Thank you Luis!!

My cashier Anna was friendly and pleasant, and was proactive in seeing my frustration with the military app fiasco and put in a discount manually with my military ID.

Its nice to know that there are still workers out there that will go above and beyond to help a customer. Daisy wouldn't give up, even when I was about to, looking for a certain product I needed and was out on the shelf, she finally found it on a pallet 30 mins later on a pallet high on top of their racks, thank you for your help young lady, I did appreciate it

The employees go out of their way to greet you and help you with your item. Their expertise helped me save time and trips to the store, ensuring I was leaving with the correct items.

Extremely disappointed in SingleShot Wall texture. It ran out of propellent before covering a 2'x4' are on medium orange peel setting!! Upon opening can (carefully), there was 1.5" of product left, and found a very small marble - not nearly big enough to mix this type of product! I don't think Home Depot should carry this product. Homax is a much superior brand, which I have used before and found satisfactory.

I purchased an item for delivery that was on the floor and waited almost two weeks for delivery then they called and said they cannot find it. They did not offer and solution or to locate me another one so I had to ask for a refund

I needed information on a warranty exchange of my water heater. The people at the help desk provided all of the information in a friendly manner. That is EXACTLY my expectation from the customer service desk, and you Nailed It.

Every time I go to this Home Depot the employees have been great and helpful

Ashlyn has competence to help with a lot of different issues. Today when I walked past 5 associates she was the first to be friendly with me, speak to me, welcome me to the store and actually help me. Last time she was very helpful during a stressful project I was forced into for the first time. Because of her I felt helped and confident in my success!

Received unsolicited help with selecting a kitchen faucet aerator replacement when I was uncertain of Mowen aerator size/tread count and he suggested a Dual Thread Faucet Aerator which worked perfectly and which saved me a trip home & back to get this part.

I love this store specifically because they have a great plant department

I am a retired tradesman and remodeling contractor, in Phoenix for 24 years. This store is a mess! They have never cared a whit about doing business with Pros. You can't get a straight answer about anything from anyone in this store. The subcontractor they sent to my home was dishonest and incompetent. These people are so clueless, they don't even know what to ask you about in a customer satisfaction survey. It's the most impersonal, unprofessional operation you could ever imagine. And if you cancel an order, they will jerk you around about a refund.

This store is the best…. It’s always clean and easy to find products. The staff is friendly.

Employees were very helpful and friendly. I didn’t have to walk around looking for help. Excellent service.
