I even buy my cleaning supplies from here and love the HDX paper towels!

I just tell an employee what I am looking for and they immediately help me by walking me to the exact items I need. This saves me time and I leave satisfied every time.

Home Depot was clean, the people were friendly, everything I needed was in stock and the self-checkout clerk was incredibly helpful

Unlike one of Home Depot's major competitor, Home Depot knocked customer service out of the park. In my brief time shopping, I was greeted by 3 employees and asked if I needed any help. A few weeks ago, I was at another national chain store, and even though I was in there for over 45 minutes and was passed by several employees, I was NOT greeted or asked if I needed any help! Then check out was a disaster because as we walked up to the check out line, our cashier left. She never said anything about coming back/excusing herself/apologized...she just left. I won't be shopping there!

We came in the store tonight to get a few items to finish a home improvement project, the customer service was amazing. Within 30 seconds of walking in we were greeted by 3 associates. We were directed to what we needed and assisted with loading all the materials.

I bought a saw chain and it works great.

We were helped by 3 different associates. I feel like the customer service focus in this store is 1000x better than any other home improvement store.

Just purchased a new trimmer and can’t wait to use it. Even though I can’t rate the product at this time I can rate the customer service I received. Justin was a champ at serving his customers. He made sure I had all my questions answered and went above a beyond my expectations. Keep up the great work young man!

The store was neat and clean as always. I knew what I wanted and where it was located in the store. I got what I went after check myself out and was on my was. If I had needed any help there were employees to help me and advice me.

This store did NOT have any Rumblestone Medium Cafe landscaping blocks (7" x 7" x "3.5") in stock, and in fact, did not seem to have a place for them to BE in stock. Calhoun store #8924 carries them. Why doesn't the Dalton store carry them?

I love this store! Always clean and organized I have always found everything I was looking for here.

I have shopped all of the big home improvement stores in different states. This store in Dalton surprised me with its employee helpfulness. A pleasure to shop here

Great store to get your home needs, most works are great in help you find thing or answer any question. Beware of the young girls at customer service, NOT very knowledgeable!!

Derek was most helpful in finding my replacement chainsaw chain & most of all preventing a major accident from happening. The young ladies at Customer Service Desk were very helpful in getting me checked out quickly.

Always very friendly service received here at the local Dalton store. The sales associates seem eager and pleased to help you. I always find what I am looking for and then some! Love the lawn and garden section! My ferns I purchase here always live and survive. We receive prompt friendly helpful service and the store is always clean.

This store is always short on electrical items. Wire, boxes, breakers etc. They do not honor homedepot online pricing.

I love coming to this store! The associates are always so welcoming and kind. I'm always greeted when I come in, and love feeling welcomed. I would like to give a thanks to the ones that helped me out on this trip! Anita and Stephanie helped me today when I needed some help with wood. Tammy in paint was amazing when I needed a custom color made and helped me get a couple more things I didn't even think I needed at the time. Christine at the pro desk did an outstanding job checking my items and keeping conversation with me! She reminded me of the survey in order to have a go for a chance to win! The store associates always go above and beyond. Keep up the great work!!

Employees seemed like they didn’t want to really help.instead of showing where the stuff is at they just tell you to go look over there...customer service was a joke too bussy gossiping instead of helping

The store the are alway really friendly, but the items need to be more organized and the inventory needs be updated.
