Everyone was very helpful today

Everyone went out of their way to see if we needed help. Always friendly as you enter the store till you leave!

Very little assistance with selection and sale No assistance with loading and unloading.

It is a good store nice and clean but sometimes employees hide instead of helping

Home Depot does not give the veteran’s discount to all veterans. Only active duty and retired veterans that served 20+ years or received a medical discharge and can get new military IDs. They do not accept discharge papers (DD214) or state issued IDs that say veteran. I have been to Home Depot’s that recognize if your state has verified your veteran status on the DL. That you are actually a veteran the Dalton Home Depot does not.

My shopping experience at the Dalton Store is always pleasant. The employees are friendly and quick to ask if I need any. assistance in whatever I'm shopping for which makes for a pleasant visit to the store.

The Customer Service Cashier Carla is Awesome if You Have any Issues With a Product You Purchase She Always Does Everthing She Possibly Can and Makes Sure You are Satisfied Before You Leave The Store.

The store is always stocked well, and the sales staff is friendly, well-trained, and very helpful. I would have appreciated more information on reviews about the products, i.e. microwave manufacturers and specific model #'s, etc. Also when one staff member releases for lunch or has reached their shift time, it would be helpful for them to turn over contact information about customer and product speculation to oncoming staff.

The store is always clean and I can normally find what I am looking for. It is sometimes hard to find an associate to help me, but when I do, they are very friendly and go above and beyond to help

Sells incomplete drill sets, when trying to rightfully replace the drill set the store manager Mike is extremely unprofessional about it and does not care about customer service. I received refund and took my business elsewhere. Will not be returning anytime soon.

Good most of the time. A guy name Brian helped me get my list and was very nice and helpful. Sometimes when you go there you can’t find someone to help or they don’t know how to help. But that’s any home improvement store anywhere.

This store is well organized and stocked. Can always get assistance. If I had to return or exchange, they make it easy.

Store was clean product I wanted was easy to find. However getting help in any department not so easy to find. And then have to wait on them to send another person what should have been in n out no more than 30 minutes took an hour n a half.

This store is always clean and the associates are very helpful. Most of the time there is someone that can answer questions and help you locate things that you are looking for! That always make the shopping experience more pleasant. Thanks for having a great Home Depot in our area!

I enjoyed my visit in the store which was clean and the products I needed were available . The employees helped me in three departments and they were very helpful and had good knowledge about their department . At the checkout/returns the employee Danielle helped me repackage a return and she did it willingly and with a great attitude. Danielle is a credit to your store.

the home depot is my everything for any project store some one is always asking can i help you and then they show me where it is always that keeps me coming back.

there is a difference in just selling products to consumers and trying to help someone save money on stuff they need i had a plumbing problem a few weeks back and was loading my buggy with stuff i really didnt need the man in plumbing section ask what i was working on and helped me get what i needed i saved about 60 dollars that probably dont seem like much but it was to me thank you.

I REALLY LIKE THE PARKING FIRST ALWAYS GOOD TO HAVE PLENTY OF PARKING, THE ENTRANCE HAS BUGGIES WAITING FOR YOU AND THERE ARE ALWAYS EXTRAS THATS A PLUS. THE EMPLOYEES AS YOU WALK IN GREET YOU AND ASK IF THEY CAN HELP YOU FIND ANYTHING THAT IS GETTING RARE THESE DAYS AT ANY STORE AND IF I HAD A QUESTION IS WAS FULLY ANSWERED NOT HALF ANSWERED. AT CHECK OUT IT WAS EASY AND I WAS ASKED IF I NEEDED ANY HELP LOADING MY MATERIALS AWESOME !!! AND THEY EVEN TOOK THE BUGGY BACK WITH THEM NOW THATS SERVICE .
