I bought a truck load of items and was met by associates that were friendly, helpful, and energetic to help me with my purchasing needs. I felt "Special" as I was served with genuine respect. They even loaded my truck with my purchases for my trip home. I look forward to returning for more items in the near future.

Went in at closing time found what we were looking for and knew it had to be assembled -was expecting to be told it would be after Christmas but Katreshia said ‘I’ll do it myself with a helper and it Will be ready for pickup The Next Day!!!!! The Home Depot store #0137 in Dalton GA is a great store. The best customer service and product selection. My wife and I really enjoy shopping at this store. We would like to make a shout out to Carla. She is a true professional, very customer oriented, always fast and friendly. One of the best! Thank you!

The staff at this Home Depot made all the difference in the sale. They were very helpful in choosing this generator and helping to load the product into my vehicle. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great employees.

The associates in the lumber department were friendly and very helpful in helping with my selections and getting them to the check out and then loaded onto my truck.

Everyone in plumbing department was to busy taking inventory to help. Only had self checkout lines open. So no one to ask as I was checking out. The two ladies at the self checkouts were busy taking to each other to help.

I shop this store quite often and I love wandering around just looking at all of the gorgeous things! And the employees are always friendly and very helpful!

The Dalton store has helpful employees with a good amount of knowledge. I'm shopping at the Dalton store everyday, so I notice when things change. It appears since August, the staff has been cut to bare bones. I stop almost every morning between 7:30 and 8:45 to buy supplies for the days work. Time is money, and when I need help to find something It's a real struggle to find and employee in plumbing, hardware, electrical or building supplies. It's even worse after 3 pm. VERY SAD. In my business is all about customer service. I can's say how many times Scott the assistant manager has been called and come to help me. Scott is awesome and so is Mike. I believe their talents could be used elsewhere, not cutting wire. AGAIN, VERY SAD.

Employees are always so nice and helpful!

No help on floor all but 1 in meeting, he tried to help, had to go to cashier, and she was able to figure out what I needed, can not understand why a district manager would hold meeting and leave floor without help, when people were stopping after work,

This store and its employee's are one of a kind! We never go to any other improvement stores. Scott May, Megan Watson, and our cashier Neda we 're amazing!! We were not sure we would be able to get a riding mower but they went above and beyond helping us out!! We'll be loyal customers for a very long time thanks to them. Thank y'all so much!!

Dalton Home Depot has always been very helpful and accommodating. Employees are always friendly. The bathrooms are always clean. Customer service is very efficient. Product selection is very good. Great place to do business.

I really like this store; they are the only source in Dalton of aquatic plants for my garden water feature.

I love my Home depot in Batesville,Arkansas! When I came into the one of Dalton,Georgia I was amazed on how this store was set up differently than at Batesville, AR. I really like how everything was and on the shelves and wall hangers ! Maybe this store had more of a selection, but I loved the feel I got when I first walked into the store ! Maybe you can send the same layout to Batesville. Or maybe our store might have been bigger but I was still amazed how this setup made me really enjoy it ! The store was clean and the service was great !

The two greeters whose names I know are Jessica and Noah. They always greet with a smile and speak optimistically and helpfully. The marine that helped me is named Richard and he too always shares a smile and a sincere inquiry of how I'm doing.
