Great Job to the flooring Dept,Paint Dept, Kitchen

The next time I have to return an item, I'll drive to Newington. Hamden is the worse.

Some cashier have very very bad attitude and the bottom line is If you don't like customer service then you shouldn't work in customer service especially if the customer just ask a question and they catch a whole nasty attitude

I’ve often gone to Home Depot. I was usually impressed by the degree of friendliness and willingness to help. On my last trip this had decreased. There also were less employees than usual. I missed the friendly helpful attitude and I think this should be increased. I think that and more employees will fill up the store more than anything.

David M went above and beyond with helping me out

Manager don’t help at all (David) there’s a Mexican on electrical that is very rude and will tell you we don’t sell that here even tho they do.. very very rude nasty…

Hamden store is minutes away from home. Garden shop always have everything I need.

Today was just a pleasure to work with the staff here at the Dixwell home depot in Hamden CT. Every employee was knowledgeable and extremely helpful that we came in contact with! 5 star experience!

Imani was very helpful at the register. She is an exceptional employee at the Hamden, CT home depot store # 8473. Imani should be recognized with an Award from the store or the company. Imani is always helpful and pleasant as well whenever I go to Home Depot. Imani is the last person I see at Home Depot is always the most pleasant and helpful. We purchase tools for outside work! We found everything we needed

Just driving through and I needed Bar and Chain oil. I was greeted on the way in with a friendly hello. I didn’t want to walk around the whole store looking so I asked an employee for help and he pointed me to the exact end cap where it was located. Self checkout, but thanked and “have a good one!” Great service all the way around.

Generally a trip to HD is mundane, unexciting. My sales cashier, Jonathan made my trip to HD in Hamden fun. Thorough and efficient without compromising his display of care and good humor, Jonathan made for a very positive experience. That experience, albeit short, set the tone for the rest of my day.
