This store is good but management needs to do something about the men that constantly hang around in the parking lot in front of the entrance harassing people to deliver their purchases. On Friday evenings these men appear to be drunk and wave their garbage everywhere. Safety of customers should be a priority!!

I am in the LIC Home Depot a few times each week. It's rare that I walk out without what I was shopping for. I especially like the product locator on the store's website when searching, finding those items and having the aisle and bin number sent as text to my cell phone. It is extremely convenient and speeds up the shopping process greatly.

Jennifer from Florring At the Home depot on 50-19 North BlVd LIC , she was so kind because even if her shift was already done and she was on her way out, she still took extra time to help me cut some Blinds and I can't be more great full seeing that helping attitude. I even told her to go home I will find someone else and she said no I will help you. She was very professional as well, efficient and Home depot is lucky having her in the team because she brings a big plus in customer experience.

More than just the products I hoped for, better ones are just around the corner.

I had a complicated return/repurchase. Kiara (Pro. Svc Asst Mgr) and Brie (cashier) were AMAZING. They were extremely pleasant, very helpful & delivered superior customer-service with a smile. Kiara, in particular, was INCREDIBLE. Highly professional, exceptional "brand steward" for HD. She clearly understands the responsibility of and implications in a positive customer experience i.e. happy customers=repeat sales/revenue. I rarely do surveys but they were THAT great! I am a former EVP Client Svc in advertising, so I know talent/service when I see it! They both are STARS and I hope HD recognizes their contributions!

I made my first big purchase as a home owner everyone at the store was super helpful specifically Savanas from paint he went above and beyond to help us. Everyone was great and helpful

Ran into the world's worst assistant manager that stands for nothing the HomeDepot is about. If it was not for a Handful of truly Genuine Human beings that are also employed at this store, shopping here would be a complete nightmare. Too much shoplifting going on at this location makes it very difficult to find parts. Often you find empty or ripped items and also items that have been replaced by the old one someone came and replaced for the new one. Better theft prevention is needed. Organisation of stock can be very poor sometimes.

Miss Kiara was knowledgeable about products and understood clearly what I needed to purchase. She walked with me & lifted a heavy item and placed it on a cart. While she assisted me, other persons sought aid also and she did it all with elegance.

Very courteous and well trained employees. Willing to help and share information - even more detail than wanted. I was pleasantly surprised since I used to dread going to the 48 St location because not many people wanted to assist you. How times have changed for much better!

Your customer service staff is really far from customer friendly, you physically have to go ask a question no one is in the aisle to assist - retrain and focus on what customer service actually is and ready to be assist no matter how small the item is they are willing to purchase cause you never no if they will purchase way more than just a one item.

Nana was very nice and energized. She wished us Happy Holidays. Overall a great experience at that store

I usually buy stuff at this store for proyects and jobs, I found out some tools that I got a month ago today were $100.oo cheaper

A gentleman named Matthew helped me buy the last 39.99 xmas tree in the store. He even carried to get a price check for me because he did not have a price gun with him. He then helped me with a decorated garland. Super sweet and helpful person!

From all the Queens Home Depot locations I have visited, this location has had the friendliest staff that I have encountered. Also they have good staffing. Most people have questions about products and it’s necessary to have workers around to answer questions.

Beyond excellent to insure I was satisfied search for what I wanted, gave me food advice and very very very very helpful.
