Great store no long lines. Customer service was very helpful

I entered and was greeted by a nice store employee named Jamall. We were given exceptional customer service. We were taken to our asile and was shown how to use the products properly, he went beyond customer satisfaction! Will be shopping here more often.

Associates were extremely helpful in pick up order and in-store

Staff was not friendly. No assistance in plumbing. Low stock in plumbing and gardening. Limited choices. Somewhat pricey. It was not a very satisfying shopping experience. Disappointed. I only recommended it because it is pretty much the only place around to get home repair supplies and the like.

Manager Adam went out of his way to help us in an emergency situation and cut our blinds despite being the only manager on duty!

Josh an employee working in the tiles area on 12/08/20 had a very bad attitude again people from South American people.

I RECOMMEND THIS HOMEDEPOT STORE BECAUSE IS A BIG STORE HAS A VERY NICE STAFF AND ALSO IS A SUPER CLEAN PLACE.

Employees are helpful and go above and beyond to help me find a product and suggestions of best product to get.

I came into the store pretty much thinking I knew what I needed. Then there always is the extra item you need. Even though my DIY project was simple I could use a little input. I asked the associates in tool rental if they could make a suggestion. I also bought the extra items that I needed. I have some blinds to put up soon so that means I will be back again soon. To the employees in tool rental thanks a lot my little project is doing great so far.

Visited the store to buy some stuff to remodel the house. People that we approached from the mixing of the paint to asking questions about things that we are interested in were very helpful. Jarvits, Leyla and Manager Jess, thank you so much for the help!

There were two employees there who made my experience amazing. Jennifer in the flooring department gave me the best customer service I've ever experienced. She not only to helped get the tiles I was looking for, but she also helped place the heavy tiles into my cart and she personally made sure I was charged appropriately at the cash register. Another employee, Chris Krikland, was very kind. He helped find the tiles, got my large order out of the stockroom, and helped load them into my car.

The store facility is so huge that it can be intimidating to be there. It would be nice if the staff greets you when you enter the store so that that sense of being overwhelmed by the store can be alleviated by a warm welcome and an offer to help you to navigate the store.

The returns desk is appalling. Has a large garden center. I have purchased very many plants here because they have a one year guaranty on perennials. Yet when I have tried to return a dead plant I have been made to wait 1/2 hr. until I talk to a manager because the returns manager does not know the policy! This last time, I bunched up items because of Covid and returned from 4 receipts. I was told the refunds went back to my Visa card and to the home depot card. When i got home, I saw one of the refunds says store credit card! I was given no card!!! 3 phone calls to the store , 15 min. holds for each and no one picks. Don't shop here if you think you might need to do a return or get customer service!!!

Everyone that works there are very helpful and nice. They make sure that the customers get help when needed and they will make sure you leave with a smile on your face

You must visit the appliance area to visit Mohamed for ALL your appliance needs. Very friendly and knowledgeable. All pluses for this store. If you need flooring stop by the desk and visit Rose. For the Electrical department it has to be Kym.

You will not feel tried to shopping in this particular shop. Very clean, friendly employees, BIG and garden area is awesome.

The store was clean and they had hand sanitizer available for customers' use and everyone wore masks. I wanted a new toilet seat and the ones within my price range and reach were out of stock. So I had to request help from someone tall to reach the top shelve item that was in-stock. I found a friendly person and proceeded to a long line, which moved rather quickly.

This Home Depot had everything I needed to complete my project. I was able to locate the items needed. This store was very clean and followed the 6 feet apart guidelines. They also wore masks which made us feel safe. I want to give a shout out to EDDIE in Appliances. He was very helpful in helping me select the right Refrigerator for me. Friendly and courteous. Great Job Eddie. Thank You
